dc.description.abstract | Raksta autors publikācijā vēlas pievērst lasītāju uzmanību vienai no iespējamām jaunajām pieejām tiesībaizsardzības iestāžu darbībā – psiho- un neirotehnoloģijām –, kā arī autors pakavēsies pie minētās tēmas jaunākajām iezīmēm. Rakstā ir ieskicēti psihotehnoloģiskās izziņas un ietekmēšanas daži aspekti, neirotiesībzinātnes (neirolaw) attīstības kontūras, kā arī psihotehnoloģijas studiju kursu realizēšanas prakse un iespējas juristu profesionālajā izglītībā, nepretendējot uz tēmas plašu un dziļu izklāstu. | en_US |
