Mobings darba vietā saistība ar operāciju māsu nodomu pārtraukt darba attiecības

Abstract

Veselības aprūpē profesionāļi strādā komandā un māsām ir mijiedarbība ar pacientiem, ārstiem, administrāciju un kolēģiem, kas savukārt var izraisīt konfliktus. Perioperatīvajā aprūpē māsas piedzīvo stresu, starppersonu konfliktus un mobingu. Perioperatīvā aprūpes zona ir īpaši neaizsargāta, jo negatīva izturēšanās biežāk sastopamas vidē ar augstu stresu un fiziski ierobežotās darba vietās. Mobings darbavietā ir globāla problēma, kas visbiešāk notiek veselības aprūpē nekā citās nozarēs. Pētījuma mērķis bija izpētīt saistības starp mobingu un nodomu pārtraukt darba attiecības operāciju māsu vidū. Lai sasniegtu pētījuma mērķi, tika veikts kvantitatīvs, aprakstošs pētījums, pielietojot šādus instrumentus: Potenciālās personāla mainības novērtēšanas anketa un Pārskatīta aptauja par negatīvu rīcību. Pētījuma dalībnieki bija operāciju māsas. Veidotā pētījuma izlase bija varbūtīga izlase, kur par metodi tika izvēlēta vienkāršā gadījuma metode. Kopumā pētījumā piedalījās 120 respondenti, kuru vecums bija robežās no 22-62 gadiem. Pētījuma rezultāti parāda to, ka operāciju māsu izlasē pastāv statistiski nozīmīgas atšķirības negatīvas rīcības vidējos rādītājos un potenciālā vēlmē atstāt darba vietu. Pēc rezultātiem izriet tas, ka pieaugot mobinga biežumam, pieaug vēlme pārtraukt darba attiecības operāciju māsu vidū. Visciešākā saistība starp mobinga biežumu un nodomu pārtraukt darba attiecības pastāv operāciju māsu vecuma grupā 22-29 gadiem. No visiem respndentiem 55,8% ir piedzīvojuši mobingu. Darbā ir 21 tabula, 1 attēls, izmantoti 79 literatūras avoti. Darba apjoms bez pielikumiem ir 48 lapaspuses, pielikumi 10 lapaspuses.

In the healthcare professionals work in the team and nurses have interactions with patients, doctors, administration and colleagues, which can lead to conflicts. In the perioperative care, nurses experience stress, interpersonal conflicts and bullying. The perioperative care area is particularly vulnerable because negative behaviour is more common in high-stressed and physically restricted workplaces. Bullying in the workplace is a global problem that happens most closely in healthcare than in other industries. The aim of the study was to explore the relationship between bullying experienced by operating room nurses and the intention to leave the workplace. In order to attain the objective of the research, a quantitative, descriptive study was carried out by applying certain tools, such as: Anticipated Turnover scale and Negative Acts Questionnaire. The participants of this study were operating room nurses. The respondents were chosen by using the simple random method. Overall 120 respondents participated in the study and their age was from 22 to 62 years. The results of the research demonstrate that for the operating room nurses, there exist statistically significant differences in negative behaviour averages and the intention to leave the workplace. The increased incidence of bullying increases the intention to leave healthcare setting. The closest relationship between the incidence of bullying and the intention to leave the healthcare setting exists in the operating room nurses age group from 22 to 29 years. 55,8% of respondents experienced bullying.
