Starpinstitucionālā sadarbība sociālajā darbā ar ģimenēm, kurās pusaudži neapmeklē izglītības iestādi

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēmas “Starpinstitucionālā sadarbība sociālajā darbā ar ģimenēm, kurās pusaudži neapmeklē izglītības iestādi” mērķis ir izpētīt starpinstitucionālo sadarbību sociālajā darbā ar ģimenēm, kurās pusaudži neapmeklē izglītības iestādi. Darbs sastāv no teorētiskas un pētījuma daļas. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek attēloti dažādu autoru teorētiskais pamatojums par ģimeņu raksturojumu, pusaudžu attīstības posma īpatnībām, pusaudžu izglītības iestādes neapmeklēšanas faktoriem, starpinstitucionālās sadarbības teorētiskais pamatojums un rīcības modelis starp institūcijām, kā arī pakalpojumi ģimenēm, kurās pusaudži neapmeklē izglītības iestādi. Pētījuma daļā pētījuma mērķa sasniegšanai tika pielietotas kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode – anketēšana un kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode – ekspertintervija. Tika veikta sociālo darbinieku un sociālo pedagogu anketēšana un Rīgas sociālā dienesta vecāko sociālo darbinieku, un sociālā darbinieka darbā ar ģimenēm ar bērniem ar uzvedības traucējumiem un saskarsmes grūtībām intervēšana. Nobeigumā teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas apkopojums un ieteikumi.

The Bachelor’s work “The inter-institusional cooperation in social work with families with adolescents with school refusal behavior” aims to explore the inter-institusional cooperation in social work for families of school refusing adolescents. The work consists of two parts, a theoretical part and research part. The theoretical part deals with theoretical findings of various authors about the family’s profile, characteristics of adolescent development, school refusal factors, the inter-institutional cooperation and inter-institutional model of action, social services for families of school refusing adolescents. In the research part the quantitative research method (questionnaire) and qualitative research method (expert interview) were used to achieve the research goal. The questionnaire was filled in by social workers and social pedagogues, the expert interviews were conducted with senior social workers of The Riga Social Service and social workers in work with families of children with behavioral disorders and communication difficulties. In the conclusion there are findings from the theoretical and practical parts, also recommendations are included.
