Global Problems with Ageing Employees

Abstract

Līdz 2050. gadam 2 miljardi cilvēku būs vecāki par 65 gadiem, padarot to par lielāko demogrāfisko vecumu. Pasaule nemitīgi mainās un, tā kā daudzas valstis kļūst par iedzīvotāju novecošanos, ir obligāti jāizpēta un jāanalizē mainīgās iedzīvotāju demogrāfijas prasības. ar padziļinātu analīzi par to, kā indivīda vecums un veselība ietekmē viņu darba uzvedību. By 2050 2 billion people will be over the age of 65, making this the largest age demographic. The world is ever-changing and as many countries become ageing populations, it is imperative to research and analyse the requirements of the changing population demographics. with an in-depth analysis of how the age and health of an individual influences their working behaviour. This thesis looks at the bimodal relationships of health and the environmental/ societal impacts; requirements individuals encounter as they age, and where to go from here.
