Drošas medikamentozās terapijas ordinācijas izpildes ietekmējošie faktori interno māsu praksē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Drošas medikamentozās terapijas ordinācijas izpildes ietekmējošie faktori interno māsu praksē”. Pētījuma mērķis ir - noteikt drošas medikamentozās terapijas ordinācijas izpildes ietekmējošos faktorus interno māsu praksē. Sekojoši tika izvirzīts pētījuma jautājums - Kādi faktori ietekmē drošas medikamentozās terapijas ordinācijas izpildi interno māsu praksē? Lai sasniegtu bakalaura darba mērķi un atbildētu uz izvirzīto jautājumu, tika izmantota kvantitatīvā pētījuma metode ar pētījuma instrumentu – anketa. Darbs sastāv no ievada, trijām nodaļām, rezultātiem, secinājumiem un pielikumiem. Pētniecības darbā tika pielietota kvantitatīvā pētīšanas metode, veicot anonīmu aptauju – anketēšanu. Izmantotajā anketā bija 49 jautājumi. Tika aptaujāti 103 respondenti, kuru atbildes tika analizētas un tika noskaidroti Drošas medikamentozās terapijas ordinācijas izpildes dominējošie faktori interno māsu praksē. Bakalaura darbam ir 51 lapa, 44 attēli un 3 pielikumi. Darbā izmantoti 17 literatūras avoti. Pēc rezultātiem secināts, ka visas internās aprūpes māsas ir saskārušās ar lielu daudzumu faktoru, kas ietekmē drošu medikamentozās terapijas ordinācijas drošu izpildi. Tas pierāda ka medicīnas iestādēs ir nepieciešama stingrāka šī jautājuma izpēta, lai mazinātu kļūdīšanās risku, kas spēj kaitēt pacientam. Nepieciešami turpmāki pētījumi par “Drošas medikamentozās terapijas ordinācijas izpildes ietekmējošie faktori interno māsu praksē”. The title of the bachelor’s thesis is “Factors affecting the implementation of safe medicamental treatment therapy in internal medicine nursing praxis”. Research aim is – to determine Factors affecting the implementation of safe medicamental treatment therapy in internal medicine nursing praxis. Was raised a research issue – what kind of Factors affecting the implementation of safe medicamental treatment therapy in internal medicine nursing praxis? In order to achieve the objective of the bachelor’s work and to respond to the proposed question, a quantitative study method was used with a study tool- questionnaire. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, results, conclusions and attachments. A quantitative study method was applied in the research work, conducting an anonymous survey – anketting. The questionnaire used contained 49 questions. 103 respondents were surveyed, whose responses were analysed and identified the prevailing factors in the practice of administering Safe Medical Therapy prescribing. Bachelor's work has 51 pages, 44 pictures and 3 attachments. The work uses 17 sources of literature. Following the results, it was concluded that all nurses in internal care have experienced a large number of factors that have an impact on the safe execution of medical treatment regimens. This proves that the medical authorities need to study this issue more closely in order to reduce the risk of becoming ill-equipped to harm the patient.
