Inovatīvā uzņēmējdarbība Latvijā: problēmas un attīstības perspektīvas salīdzinājumā ar Igauniju un Somiju

Abstract

Inovācija un tās uzņēmējdarbība ir ekonomikas attīstības dzinuļi, tādēļ ir svarīgi rast iespējas tam, kā veicināt inovatīvo uzņēmējdarbību Latvijā, lai nodrošinātu tās ekonomikas izaugsmi. Bakalaura darbā tiek pētīta inovatīvā uzņēmējdarbība un tās ietekmējošie faktori Latvijā, Igaunijā un Somijā. Darba mērķis ir izprast inovatīvās uzņēmējdarbības īpatnības un nozīmi, analizēt inovatīvas uzņēmējdarbības raksturojošos faktorus un tās iegūto pieredzi Latvijā, Igaunijā un Somijā, lai izvirzītu skaidrus priekšlikumus Latvijas inovatīvās uzņēmējdarbības turpmākai attīstībai. Darba mērķa sasniegšanas nolūkos, darba 1. daļā pielietota monogrāfiskā metode, darba 2. daļā izmantota sekundāro datu analīze, salīdzināšanas metode, grafiskās analīzes metode, statistiskā datu analīze un abstrakti – loģiskā metode. Darba 3. daļā izmantota abstrakti – loģiskā metode, kā arī kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode. Bakalaura darba pētījuma rezultātā noskaidrots, ka vislabākā inovatīvajai uzņēmējdarbībai radītā vide ir Somijā, turpretim Latvijā starp Somiju un Igauniju tā ir visnepiemērotākā. Tāpat arī noskaidrots, ka Latvijā un Igaunijā inovatīvo uzņēmējdarbību veicinošs faktors ir salīdzinoši viegla uzņēmējdarbības veikšana, atsevišķi Igaunijā tas ir augsts pētniecībai un inovācijām valsts un Eiropas Savienības struktūrfondu finansējums, turpretim Somijā tas ir augsts interneta un komunikāciju tehnoloģiju speciālistu skaits, zinātnieku skaits, kā arī izdevumi pētniecībai un attīstībai. Lai vecinātu inovatīvo uzņēmējdarbību Latvijā, ir nepieciešams nodrošināt atbilstošu finansējumu tam, izglītot cilvēkus par uzņēmējdarbību un inovācijām, kā arī veicināt sadarbību starp uzņēmumiem un dažādām institūcijām. Tādēļ ir nepieciešams virzīt finansējumu inovācijām pa vertikālēm paralēli nodrošinot atbalstu arī citām ar inovāciju saistītām jomām, izveidot programmu, kas veicina studējošo studentu integrēšanu uzņēmējdarbības vidē, kā arī veicināt uzņēmēju izpratni par tiem iespējamu atbalsta saņemšanu un sadarbības iespējām, ieviešot obligātu apmācību par šīm iespējām pirms uzņēmuma atvēršanas. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 60 lapaspuses bez pielikumiem, 8 tabulām, 6 attēliem, 5 literatūras avotiem un 11 pielikumiem.

Innovation and its entrepreneurship are the engines of economic development, therefore it is important to find opportunities to promote innovative entrepreneurship in Latvia in order to ensure the growth of its economy. In this bachelor’s thesis, the author studies innovative entrepreneurship and its affecting factors in Latvia, Estonia, and Finland. The aim of the work is to understand the peculiarities and significance of innovative entrepreneurship, to analyse the factors characterizing innovative entrepreneurship and its experience in Latvia, Estonia, and Finland in order to put forward clear proposals for the further development of Latvia’s innovative entrepreneurship. In order to achieve the objective of the work, the monographic method is used in Part 1, the analysis of secondary data, the method of comparison, the method of graphical analysis, statistical data analysis, and the abstract-logical method is used in Part 2. In the 3rd part of the work the abstract - logical method is used, as well as the method of qualitative research. As a result of the research of the bachelor’s thesis, it has been concluded that the best environment created for innovative entrepreneurship is in Finland, while in Latvia it is the most unsuitable among Finland and Estonia. It has also been found that in Latvia and Estonia the factor promoting innovative entrepreneurship is the easiness of doing business, in Estonia, it is high research and innovation funding from the state and European Union structural funds, while in Finland it is the high number of internet and communication technologies specialists, the collaboration between different institutions, researchers, and research and development expenditure as well as high financing for innovation. In order to promote innovative entrepreneurship in Latvia, it is necessary to provide adequate funding for it, educate people about entrepreneurship and innovation, as well as to promote cooperation between companies and various institutions. It is, therefore, necessary to channel funding for innovation vertically while providing support in other areas related to innovation; to create a program that promotes the integration of student students into the business environment; to raise entrepreneurs' awareness of possible support and cooperation opportunities by introducing mandatory pre-service training before doing business. The bachelor's thesis consists of 60 pages excluding appendices, 8 tables, 6 pictures, 5 literature references, and 11 appendices.
