Zāļu blakusparādību ziņošanas aktivitāte, to ietekmējošo faktoru analīze.

Abstract

Pēc Pasaules Veselības organizācijas datiem var secināt, ka zāļu izraisītās blakusparādības ir viens no galvenajiem hospitalizāciju cēloņiem un novēršamais kaitējums veselības aprūpes sistēmās visā pasaulē. Viens no veidiem, kā ieviest drošāku zāļu lietošanu, ir izstrādāt vairāku pasākumu kopumu, kas palīdzētu samazināt zāļu blakusparādību biežumu Latvijā un citās valstīs. Pētnieciskā darba tēma ir “Zāļu blakusparādību ziņošanas aktivitāte, to ietekmējošo faktoru analīze”. Darba mērķi bija izpētīt ietekmējošos faktorus zāļu blakusparādību ziņojumu statistikā, izvērtējot zāļu ražotāja iesaisti un veselības aprūpes speciālistu aktivitāti. Pacientu ārstēšanai tiek piedāvāts ievērojami plašs medikamentu klāsts, to vēlamā un zināmā darbība aptver visas cilvēka orgānu sistēmas vai visu organismu kopumā, un blakusparādība var izpausties jebkurā orgānu sistēmā, būtiski ietekmējot dzīves kvalitāti. Saskaņā ar 2013. gada 22. janvāra MK noteikumiem, ārstniecības personām par novērotām iespējamām zāļu blakusparādībām jāziņo Zāļu valsts aģentūrai (ZVA) vai attiecīgajam zāļu reģistrācijas īpašniekam. Pēc A/S “Grindeks” Farmakovigilances nodaļas vadītājas vārdiem, Latvijā ziņojumu skaits no ārstiem ir ļoti neliels, pat salīdzinot ar kaimiņvalsti Lietuvu. ZVA informē par blakusparādībām un rīko kampaņas, lai sabiedrība un veselības aprūpes speciālisti varētu ziņot par zāļu izraisītām blakusparādībām, tāpat arī zāļu reģistrācijas apliecības īpašnieki organizē informācijas apriti par zāļu drošuma uzraudzību un tās nozīmi Latvijā. Iemesli, kāpēc Latvijas ārstu aktivitāte ziņot par zāļu blakusparādībām nav liela, ir vairāki: gan zināšanu trūkums, gan laika trūkums atbilstīgai pacienta aprūpei, arī pacientu nepietiekama iesaistīšanās ietekmē kopējos statistikas rādītājus.

According to the data of World Health Organization, the side effects caused by medication is one of the main reasons for hospitalizations and preventable damages in the health care systems all over the world. One of the ways how to establish safer usage of medication is to draft the set of several actions, which would help to reduce the frequency of the side effects of medication in Latvia and other countries. The theme of the paper was to research the factors that have an influence on the report statistics about the side effects of the medication, evaluating the activity of the health care proffesionals. A wide set of medication is available for treating the patients, the preferable and well known performance includes all the systems of the human body or all the human body and the side effect can become apparent in any of these systems and impact ones quality of life in the significant way. According to the Regulations issued by the Cabinet of Ministers, year 2013, January 22, health care workers should report the possibly observed side effects of the medication to the State Agency of Medicines of the Republic of Latvia or to the corresponding owner of the medicine trademark. The chief executive of the pharmacovigilance department of company „Grindex” acknowledges that in Latvia the amount of the received reports is not large if we compare it to our neighbouring country Lithuania. The aim of this paper is to research what factors influcence the doctors’ activity of reporting the side effects of medication. The State Agency of Medicines of the Republic of Latvia gives information and developes the campaigns so the society and the health care proffesionals could report the side effects of the medication, as well as the owner of the medicine trademark provides the information about the monitoring of the safety of the medication and its significance in Latvia. Several reasons can affect the low report statistics on the side effects of the medication received from the doctors, among those can be the lack of the knowledge, the lack of time for the proper care of the patient as well as the insufficient engagement of the patients in the health care process.
