Abstract

Farmers face difficulties in exporting their goods both within the European Union and to third countries due to low productivity, farmers not reuniting, the COVID-19 crisis reducing demand and export policies not ensuring full agricultural exports. Therefore, the aim of the study is to use such scientific research methods as monographic, analysis and synthesis, secondary data analysis, graphical, case study and qualitative research methods to analyze Latvia's agricultural exports, as well as to analyze the potential for exports to determine export promotion the impact of the policy on agricultural entrepreneurship and identify potential improvements. The results of the study show that in order to promote Latvian agricultural exports, it is necessary to involve more farmers in cooperation, farmers in Latvia have some of the lowest support payments that do not improve competitiveness, and the COVID-19 crisis has most significantly affected the dairy sector. The total number of pages of the bachelor's thesis 60, 15 pictures, 55 literature sources, 4 additions.
