dc.description.abstractRaksts veltīts domājamās daļas – kopīpašuma tiesiskā elementa – izpētei, akcentējot domājamās daļas vietu un lomu darījumu veikšanā. Šā pētījuma novitāte ir izpētes rakursā – domājamās daļas institūts aplūkots darījumu veikšanas procesā un darījuma rezultātā iegūto tiesību nostiprināšanā zemesgrāmatā. Pētījuma rezultāti ļauj secināt, ka tiesību normu saturs zināmā mērā pieļauj atšķirīgas interpretācijas, tāpēc dažu problēmjautājumu risināšana iespējama, veicot atbilstīgus grozījumus tiesību aktos.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to the research of undivided interest as a legal component of co-ownership, specifically focusing on its place and role in transactions. The novelty of the study is its perspective, i.e. the institution of undivided interest is viewed from the standpoint of transactions and the registration of the title obtained as a result of transactions with the Land Registry. The results of the study give strong grounds to conclude that the contents of laws, to some extent, leave room for interpretation; therefore, certain outstanding problems could be solved by making relevant amendments to the law.
