Abstract
Stresa faktori pamatskolas skolēnu vecākiem attālināto mācību laikā Bauskas novadā un sociālā atbalsta pasākumi.
Darbā analizēts stresa jēdziens un tā ietekme uz organismu, pandēmijas ierobežojumi un attālināto mācību process kā papildus stresors pamatskolas skolnieku vecākiem, attālinātais mācību process skolniekiem un pedagogiem, vecumposma īpatnības pamatskolas vecuma skolniekiem, sniegtā sociālā atbalsta pasākumi Bauskas novadā Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā, nepieciešamie sociālā atbalsta pasākumi pamatskolas skolnieku vecākiem Bauskas novadā.
Darba mērķis: Noskaidrot stresa faktorus pamatskolas skolēnu vecākiem attālināto mācību laikā un nepieciešamos sociālā atbalsta pasākumus.
Iegūtie rezultāti pētījumā liecina, ka aptaujāto Bauskas novada vecāku vadošie stresa faktori saistībā ar attālināto mācību procesu ir: nepieciešamība piedalīties skolnieku attālināto mācību procesā, grūtības savienot savu darbu ar bērna attālināto mācību procesu, bērnu emocionālās un uzvedības problēmas, papildus pienākumi mājās un nodrošināt bērna/u pieskatīšanu darba pienākumu laikā. Pandēmijas laikā aptaujāto Bauskas novada pamatskolas skolnieku vecāku pašnoteiktais stresa līmenis būtiski pieaug. Galvenos sociāla atbalsta pasākumus nākotnē Bauskas novada aptaujātie vecāki minēja, ka nepieciešams papildus konsultācijas ar pedagogiem, atbalsts no izglītības iestādes attālinātā mācību procesa organizēšanā, papildus atbalsts no darba devēja (elastīgs darba laiks, attālināts darbs), pārtikas pakas no pašvaldības, datortehnikas nodrošinājums.

The Factors of Stress the Parents of Primary School Students in Bauska Region Were Exposed to During Remote Learning and the Measures of Social Assistance The paper analyzes the concept of stress and its impact on the body, restrictions of the pandemic and remote learning process as an additional stressor for parents of primary school students, remote learning process for students and teachers, age characteristics of primary school age students, social support measures in Bauska region during the Covid-19 pandemic, necessary social support measures for parents of primary school pupils in Bauska region. Aim of the work: To find out the stress factors for parents of primary school students during remote learning and the necessary social support measures. The results obtained in the study show that the leading stressors of parents in the Bauska region in relation to remote learning are: the need to participate in the remote learning process, difficulties in connecting their work with the child 's remote learning, children' s emotional and behavioral problems, additional responsibilities at home and u supervision during work. The self-determined level of stress of parents of Bauska region primary school students surveyed during the pandemic is significantly increasing. The main social support measures in the future The parents of Bauska region mentioned that additional consultations with teachers are needed, support from the educational institution in organizing the remote learning process, additional support from the employer (flexible working hours, remote work), food packages from the municipality, computer equipment.
