Abstract
Nokļūšana periodā, kad sācies tā sauktais pusmūžs rodas subjektīvas labsajūtas izmaiņas ikvienai sievietei. Mēs cilvēki esam uz emocijām, vērtībām un uzskatiem balstītas personas, kas pie katrām pārmaiņām jūtas atšķirīgi. Tādēļ “labsajūta” ir faktors, kas ietekmē mūsu labklājību gan pozitīvos gan negatīvos apstākļos.
Šī darba mērķis bija noskaidrot sieviešu subjektīvo labsajūtu postmenopauzes un menopauzes periodā. Pētījumā tika izmantots darba autores radīts pētījuma instruments – anketa. Tika aptaujāti 384 respondenti.
Kvantitatīvā pētījuma dizains - neeksperimentāls šķērsgriezuma aprakstošs pētījums, kurš tiek pielietots e – vidē.

Sievietes subjektīvo labsajūtu menopauzes un postmenopauzes periodā saistīta ĶMI un dzīvesveida paradumi.
Getting into a period when so called middle-age has begun, subjective changes in wellbeing occur in every woman. We humans are individulas who are based on emotions, values and beliefs, who feel impacted by every change. Therefore, wellbeing is a factor that affects our wellness, both in positive and negative ways. The aim of this work was to clarify the subjective wellbeing of women during postmenopausal and menopausal periods. The study used a study tool created by the author of the work - a questionnaire. It was necessary to collect 384 respondents to accomplish a qualitative study. The design of a quantitative study - a non-experimental crossectional descriptive study that is applied online. Conclusion Womans wellbeing during the menopause and postmenopausal period is influenced by BMI and lifestyle habits.
