Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma: “Neatliekamās medicīnas centra medicīnas māsu uztura izvērtējums”. Autore: Jekaterina Kostira, darba vadītāja: RSU Rehabilitācijas fakultātes Sporta un uztura katedras, studiju programmas vadītāja Lolita Vija Neimane.
Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izvērtēt Paula Stradiņa Universitātes Slimnīcas Neatliekamās medicīnas centra medicīnas personāla uztura paradumus diennakts darba maiņas laikā.
Darba uzdevumi ir, izmantojot aptaujas anketu, noskaidrot medicīnas māsu un ārstu palīgu uztura paradumus maiņas darba ietvaros un salīdzināt ar veselīga uztura rekomendācijām. Bakalaura darba ietvaros izstrādāta anketa, kas balstīta uz literatūras un pētījumu apskatu.
Darba rezultāti liecina par to, ka pētījuma dalībnieki nepietiekami uzņem dārzeņus un augļus. Medicīnas māsas uzskata, ka darba laikā nesaņem pilnvērtīgu uzturu, nepietiekami kontrolē veselības rādītājus.
Darbs satur 39 lappuses, 19 attēlus, 2 tabulas, 59 izmantotās literatūras avotus. Darbs rakstīts latviešu valodā.
Darba rezultāti atbilst literatūrā un pētījumos aprakstītām likumsakarībām.
The theme of the Bachelor's paper is “Nutrition Assessment of Medical Staff of the Emergency Medical Centre”. Author: Jekaterina Kostira, scientific supervisor: Dr. Lolita Vija Neimane, Lecturer at the Department of Sport and Nutrition, Faculty of Rehabilitation, RSU. The paper contains 39 pages,19 pictures, 2 tables, 59 sources of literature used. The paper has been written in the Latvian language. The aim of the Bachelor's paper is to evaluate the nutritional habits of the medical staff of the Emergency Medical Centre of the Pauls Stradiņš University during the 24-hour shift. The tasks of the paper are to find out the nutritional habits of nurses and doctors' assistants performing the shift work and to compare them with the recommendations of a healthy diet. Within the scope of the Bachelor's paper, a questionnaire was developed based on the review of literature and research. The results of the research show that the participants in the research don’t get enough vegetables and fruits. Nurses believe that they do not get a good nutrition during their work, do not control their health well. The results of the research correspond to the regularities described in literature and research.
