Darba tēma: Vecāku izpratne par handlingu, ietekme uz jaundzimušā aprūpi
Darba mērķis: Noskaidrot vecāku izpratnes ietekmi uz handlinga paņēmienu pielietošanu jaundzimušā aprūpē.
Pētījums metodes:
Bakalaura darba izstrādē ir analizēti dati, kuri iegūti veicot pētījumu. Pētījums tika veikts stacionārā, pēcdzemdību nodaļā. Pirms novērojuma veikšanas respondetiem tika izdalītas anketas ar jautājumiem par iepriekš iegūto pieredzi handlingā un demogrāfiskajiem datiem, kā vecums un bērnu skaits. Pēc anketas veikšanas tika novērots kā vecāki prot celt, velt, apģērbt, turēt un nēsāt jaundzimušo. Novērojumā iegūtie rezultāti tika fiksēti novērošanas protokolā.
Datu apstrādei izmantotas datorprogrammas IBM SPSS22 aprakstošās statistikas metodes un MS Excel.
Nozīmīgākie secinājumi: Sievietes, kuras ir pirms dzemdībām papildus apguvušas handlinga paņēmienu pamatprincipus, spēj pareizāk izmantot handlinga pamatprincipus un iegūst augstāku kopējo punktu skaitu. Sievietes, kuras atrodas vecuma grupā līdz 30 gadu vecumam un aprūpē savu pirmo bērnu, biežāk pirms dzemdībām papildus apgūst handlinga paņēmienu pamatprincipus un zina ko nozīmē jēdziens handlings, uzrādot statistiski nozīmīgi augstāku punktu skaitu, kas liecina par pareizāku handlinga paņēmienu izpildi. Antenatālās aprūpes laikā 28,2% sieviešu apguva handlinga pamatprincipus, taču apjautājot sievietes par to, vai viņas būtu vēlējušās, lai viņas apmāca par handlinga pamatprincipiem antenatālās aprūpes laikā, 76,9% atzīmē, ka jā.

Materianls and methods: The study was performed in an inpatient, postpartum ward. Prior to the observation, respondents were given questionnaires with questions about previously obtained experience with handling and demographic data such as age and number of children. After completing the questionnaire, it was observed how parents know how to loft, roll, dress, hold and carry a newborn. The results obtained in the observation were recorded in the observation protocol. Statistical methods of the computer program IBM SPSS22 an MS Excel were udes for data processing. Main conclusions: Women who have acquires the basic principles of handling techniques before giving birth are able to perform the basic principles of handling more correctly and obtain a higher total score. Women in the under 30 age group, who are caring for their first child are more likely to learn the basics of handling before giving birth and to know what the term handling means, also have a statistically significant higher total score. During antenatal care, 28,2% of women learned the basics of handling, but when women were asked if they would have wanted to be tought about handling during antenatal care, 76,9% said that they would.
