Abstract
Bakalaura darbā „Sieviešu motivācija veikt krūts vēža profilaktiskus pasākumus” pētīts, kādus krūts vēža profilaktiskus pasākumus veic Latvijas sievietes un kādi faktori motivē sievietes veikt šos pasākumus.
Pēc Pasaules Veselības organizācijas 2019. gada statistikas datiem, krūts vēzis pasaulē ir otrais galvenais vēža nāves iemesls sievietēm. Vidēji 1 no 38 krūts vēža gādījumiem beidzas letāli (aptuveni 2,6%). Saskaņā ar Slimību profilakses un kontroles centra 2019. gada datiem Latvijā saslimstība un mirstība no krūts vēža ieņem pirmo vietu starp visiem ļaundabīgajiem audzējiem sievietēm Latvijā.
Datu iegūšanai tika izveidota aptaujas anketa ar 9 jautājumiem, kas sagrupēti 3 daļās ar atšķirīgu intervijas mērķi un piedāvātajiem atbilžu variantiem. Pētījumā piedalījās 387 sievietes no 20 līdz 69 gadu vecumam, kas brīvprātīgi piekritušas anketas aizpildīšanai. Sievietes piedalījās aptaujā ar interneta starpniecību, kur bija ielādēta aptaujas anketa.
Tika noskaidrots, ka visvairāk veikti tādi krūts vēža profilaktiskie pasākumi respondenšu vidū kā burkānu un burkānu sulas lietošana uzturā (55,04%), pastavīga citrusaugļu lietošana savā racionā (51,94%), kā arī varītus un sautētus ēdienus un pastavīga augļu lietošana (47,03 % ) Mamogrāfijas pārbaudi veic 43% 50-69 gadus vecas sievietes.
Galvenie motivējošie faktori pareiza uztura lietošanā ir medicīnas darbinieka ieteikums (74,16%), radinieku vai draugu atzinība 73,90%, avīzēs, grāmatās vai internētā izplatīta informācija (73,90%). Veikt krūts pašparbaudi katru mēnesi motivē neskaidri veidojumi krūtīs - 75,97%, kā arī tuvinieka saslimšana ar krūts vēzi - 73,64%. Pārbaudīt krūtis regulāri pie ginekologa motivē uzticēšanas ārstam un sāpes (73,90%), ka arī pašapmierinatība (73,64%). Sievietes 50-69 gadu vecumā veikt mamogrāfiju visvairāk (83,67%) motivē tuvinieka saslimšana un 79,59% uzskata valsts apmaksājumu par motivējošo faktoru.
Pētījumā ir 35 lapaspuses un 4 pielikumi. Pētījumā izmantoti 47 literatūras avoti. Nobeigumā ir izdarīti secinājumi.

The bachelor thesis “Motivating factors for women to take preventive measures against breast cancer” explores the subject of preventive measures against breast cancer Latvian women do and factors that motivate women to do it. Women in the world and in Latvia still die of breast cancellation annually. According to the data of the World Health Organization in 2019, breast cancer is the second leading cause of death all over the world. On average about 1 out of 38 cases of breast cancer is a fatal outcome (2.6% approximately). According to the data of the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control for 2019, we can say that breast cancer disease and mortality from it takes the first place among all malignant tumours in Latvian women. For research, a questionnaire consisting of 9 multiple choice questions grouped into three parts was developed. 387 women aged from 20 to 69 years agreed of their own volition to take part in the research and questionnaire. There was identified that the most common preventive measure is eating carrots and drinking carrot juice (55, 04%) and the constant use of citrus fruits in their food ration (51,94%). Only 43% of women age of 50-69 do mammography. The main motivating factors to follow proper nutrition as a preventive measure against breast cancer are a piece of advice of health worker (74,16%), respect or recognition of a friend or relative (73.90%) or an article from the newspaper or internet they have read (73, 90%). Incomprehensible formations on the breast motivate women to make breast self-exam once a month (75,97%) and breast cancer disease in family (73,64%). Credibility to health workers and pain the breast area motivates women to exam mammary glands during a preventive visit to a gynecologist (73.9%); as well as complacency (73.64%). Motivating factors for women age 50-69 in 83,67% cases to make mammography are breast cancer disease in the family and that this procedure is paid by the government (79,59%). The paper include 35 pages, 4 attachments. In the research paper, 47 literary sources were used, at the end of the work the conclusions are described.
