Abstract
Maģistra darba tēma „Pierādīšana un ar to saistītās problēmas kriminālprocesā”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir parādīt pierādīšanas procesa nozīmi kriminālprocesā, pierādīšanas struktūru un pamata pazīmes. Kā viens no darba mērķiem ir parādīt pierādīšanas robežu nozīmīgumu kriminālprocesā. Darba ietvaros tika apskatīts pierādīšanas priekšmets un ar to saistītās pierādīšanas robežas. Maģistra darbā tika apskatīts arī pierādīšanas pienākums, kopsakarā ar pierādīšanas subjektu tiesībām un pienākumiem, kā arī pierādīšanas pienākuma pārnešana kriminālprocesa. Maģistra darbā tika apskatīti arī citu valstu pierādīšanas procesa kārtība.
Maģistra darba izstrādes laikā bija nepieciešams analizēt un konstatēt pierādīšanas procesa struktūru un tā dalībniekus, tai skaitā radās nepieciešamība rast risinājumus konstatētiem problēmjautajumiem saistībā ar pierādīšanas procesu, pierādīšanas robežām un pierādīšanas pienākumu. Darbā ir 83 lappuses.

As one of the objectives of the work is to demonstrate the importance of the limits of proof in criminal proceedings. As part of the Master's thesis, the subject of proof and the related limits of proof were examined. The Master's thesis also examined the burden of proof, in conjunction with the rights and obligations of subjects of proof, as well as the carrying-over the burden of proof in criminal proceedings. The procedure of proof in other countries was also studied in the master's thesis. During the development of the Master's thesis, it was necessary to analyse and identify the structure of proof and its participants, including the need to find solutions to identified issues related to the process of proof, the limits of proof and the burden of proof. Thesis consists of 83 pages
