Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Dzīvesvietas deklarēšanas tiesiskais regulējums un tā būtība”. Pētījuma darba mērķis- analizējot dzīvesvietas deklarēšanas tiesisko regulējumu un tiesu praksi saistībā ar Dzīvesvietas deklarēšanas likuma piemērošanu, konstatēt juridiskās problēmas un sniegt priekšlikumus normatīvā akta uzlabošanā.
Darba gaitā autore izmantoja dažādus avotus un literatūru: Latvijas Republikas Satversme, Civillikums, Dzīvesvietas deklarēšanas likums, dažādi ārvalstu tiesiskie regulējumi, kā arī zinātniskie raksti un elektroniskie resursi.
Analizējot dzīvesvietas deklarēšanas tiesisko regulējumu, darba autore sniegs ieskatu pašreizējā dzīvesvietas deklarēšanas tiesiskajā regulējumā, norādot uz tā nepilnībām un akcentējot šī regulējuma piemērošanas problemātiku, kā arī tiks sniegti priekšlikumi tiesiskā regulējuma grozīšanai.
Bakalaura darba struktūra ir izveidota atbilstoši darbā izvirzītajam mērķim un uzdevumiem. Darbs sastāv no satura, darbā lietoto saīsinājuma saraksta, ievada, 3 nodaļām un 8 apakšnodaļām, nobeiguma, kurā tiek iekļauti darba autora secinājumi un priekšlikumi, kā arī izmantoto avotu un literatūras. Kopējais darba lappušu skaits ir 61 lapas.
TThe subject of the Bachelor's work is “The Legal framework of the declaration of residence and its application”. The purpose of the study work - in analyzing the legal framework for the declaration of the place of residence and the case law in relation to the application of the Law on Declaration of the place of residence, to identify legal problems and to provide proposals for improvement of the regulatory enactment. Over the course of her work, the author used various sources and literature: Constitution of the Republic of Latvia, Civil Law, Law on Declaration of residence, various foreign legal regulations, as well as scientific articles and electronic resources. When analyzing the legal framework for the declaration of residence, the author of the work will provide an insight into the current legal framework for the declaration of residence, highlighting its shortcomings and highlighting the problem of the application of that framework, as well as proposed amendments to the legal framework. The Bachelor's work structure shall be established in accordance with the objective and tasks assigned to the work. The work consists of content, a list of abbreviations used in the work, an introduction, 3 chapters and 8 subchapters, a conclusion that includes the author's conclusions and proposals, and the source and literature used. The total number of work pages is 61 pages.
