Abstract
Majorova M. Darba vides slodzes ergonomiskie riska faktori neiroloģijas nodaļas māsām un māsu palīgiem. Bakalaura darbs. Rīga: RSU Sabiedrības veselības un sociālās labklājības fakultāte. Darbā ir 46 lappuses (tajā skaitā 5 pielikumi), 4 attēli, 9 tabulas un 29 literatūras avoti.
Darbā pētīts vai un kā darba vides slodzes ergonomiskie riska faktori ietekmē neiroloģijas nodaļas māsas un māsu palīgus.
Darba teorētiskajā daļā pētīti un aprakstīti darba vides slodzes ergonomiskie riska faktori.
Bakalaura darba ietvaros slimnīcā „X” 2021.gada martā – aprīlī tika veikts kvantitatīvs, neeksperimentāls pētījums, pielietojot testu.
Pētījumā piedalījās 44 veselības aprūpes darbinieks – neiroloģijas nodaļā strādājošas māsas un māsu palīgi (vecumā no 24 līdz 60 gadiem).
Pētījumā iegūtie rezultāti pierādīja, ka neiroloģijas nodaļā nodarbinātie māsu palīgi ir vairāk pakļauti darba vides slodzes ergonomiskajiem riska faktoriem kā māsas.
Majorova M. Ergonomic risk factors of work environment load for nursing staff of the neurology department. Thesis. Riga: RSU Faculty of Public Health and Social Welfare. Thesis consists of 46 pages, 4 figures, 9 tables and 29 references. The study investigates whether and how ergonomic risk factors of work environment load affect the nursing staff of the neurology department. In the theoretical part of the work, ergonomic risk factors of work environment load are studied and described. Within the framework of the bachelor's thesis, a quantitative, non-experimental study was performed in the hospital "X" in March-April 2021, using a test. The study involved 44 health care workers – nursing staff working in the neurology department (aged 24 to 60). The results of the study showed that nurse assistants employed in the neurology department are more exposed to ergonomic risk factors of workload than nurses.
