Abstract
Pamatinformācija: Šī literatūras apskata mērķis ir vispārēja izpratne par monohorionālas grūtniecības attīstību un gaitu, īpaši attiecībā uz selektīvo augļa augšanas aizturi.
Darba mērķis: ir apkopot un analizēt konkrēta monohorioniskas dimnija grūtniecības gadījuma vadību un iznākumu.
Materiāli un metodes: Retrospektīvā pētījumā tika analizēta monohorionāla biamniāla grūtniecība, kas novērota Rīgas Dzemdību namā no 2021. gada februāra līdz 2021. gada septembrim. Dati analīzei ņemti no Rīgas Dzemdību nama dzemdību vēstures. Tika analizēta klīniska gadījuma selektīvas augļa retardācijas grūtniecības gaita un perinatālais iznākums.
Secinājumi: Monohorioniska biamnija grūtniecība ir augsta riska grūtniecība, kas rūpīgi jānovēro prenatālās diagnosikas ekspertam, lai nodrošinātu vislabāko iznākumu gan jaundzimušajiem, gan mātei.
Background: Object of this case review is a general understanding of development and course of a monochorionic diamniotic pregnancy especially regarding selective fetal growth restriction. Aim of work: is to resume and questioning the management and outcome of a specific case of a monochorionic diamniotic pregnancy. Materials and methods: A retrospectively study about a monochorionic diamniotic pregnancy treated at the Maternity hospital of Riga between February 2021 and September 2021 was analyzed. All data were taken from a registry at the Maternity hospital of Riga. Management, complications, specifically about selective fetal growth retardation (sFGR) was analyzed. In addition, perinatal outcome was evaluated. Conclusion: Monochorionic diamniotic pregnancy is a high-risk pregnancy which needs to be followed attentively by a perinatal medicine expert in order to ensure best outcome for both, the neonates and the mother.
