Abstract
2018. gada apmācību par jaunā klientu novērtēšanas instrumenta pielietošanu un aprūpes līmeņa noteikšanu norises laikā speciālisti, kuri strādā ar klientu novērtēšanu, bija skeptiski noskaņoti, viņus māca bažas un bija daudz jautājumu par jaunā novērtēšanas instrumenta pielietošanu, tāpēc ir svarīgi izanalizēt speciālistu viedokli, kādi ir klientu novērtēšanas instrumenta pozitīvie un negatīvie aspekti praksē šobrīd, kad klientu novērtēšanas instrumenta pielietošanai praksē jau vairākus gadus ir obligāts raksturs.
Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek raksturotas personas ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem, klientu ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem novērtēšana, kā arī tiek analizēts klientu novērtēšanas instruments. Darba pētnieciskajā daļā tika apkopotas un analizētas intervijas ar klientu novērtēšanas instrumenta izveides projekta vadītāju un Labklājības ministrijas amatpersonu, kā arī tika apkopotas un analizētas speciālistu, kuri ikdienā izmanto klientu novērtēšanas instrumentu anketās sniegtās atbildes.
Darba galvenais mērķis ir izanalizēt speciālistu un ekspertu vērtējumu par klientu novērtēšanas instrumenta pielietošanu praksē.
Darbs sastāv no 2 anotācijām, ievada, teorētiskās daļas, teorētiskās daļas secinājumiem, pētnieciskās daļas, pētnieciskās daļas secinājumiem, diskusiju daļas, nobeiguma, izmantotās literatūras saraksta, 9 tabulām, 11 attēliem un 6 pielikumiem.
Darba apjoms ir 69 lapaspuses.
In 2018. during the training on the use of the new assessment tool and the determination of the level of care, the specialists were skeptical and had many questions about the use of the new assessment tool, so it is important to analyze the views of specialists, the positive and negative aspects of the evaluation tool at the moment, when the application of the evaluation tool in practice has been mandatory for several years. The theoretical part of the Bachelor’s Thesis describes persons with mental disorders, the evaluation of clients with mental disorders, as well as the analysis of the client assessment tool. In the research part of the Bachelor’s Thesis, interviews with the project manager of the customer assessment tool development and an official of the Ministry of Welfare were summarized and analyzed, as well as the questionnaires answers of specialists who use assessment tool on a daily basis were summarized and analyzed. The main objective of the work – is to analyze the evaluation of specialists and experts on the application of the evaluation tool in practice. Work consists of 2 annotations, introduction, the theoretical part, the theoretical part conclusions, the practical part, the practical part conclusions, discussion part, the conclusion, the list of used literature, 9 charts, 11 pictures and 6 attachments. The amount of this work is 69 pages.
