Abstract
Pētījuma „Biežākās zāļu terapijas problēmas farmaceita praksē” mērķis ir analizēt farmaceitiskās aprūpes laikā konstatēto ar zāļu terapiju saistīto problēmu raksturojumu, izcelsmi un farmaceita atbildības īpatsvaru zāļu terapijas problēmu risināšanā.
Šī tēma ir ļoti aktuāla, jo pacienti bieži vien pat nenojauš, ka viņiem ir attīstījusies zāļu terapijas problēma. Noskaidrojot biežākās zāļu terapijas problēmas un to izcelsmi pacientiem, varēs novērtēt, kādiem aspektiem pievērst īpašu uzmanību, sniedzot farmaceitiskās konsultācijas, kā arī tas ļaus saprast ārstiem, kādus jautājumus par zāļu terapiju izrunāt ar pacientiem detalizētāk, lai nepieļautu problēmu attīstīšanos vai arī pēc iespējas ātrāk un efektīvāk tās novērstu.
Pētījuma laikā visbiežāk tika identificēta zāļu lietošanas režīma neievērošana, taču otra biežākā zāļu terapijas problēma ir saistīta ar zāļu pieejamību. Pētījums atspoguļo arī to, ka pacientiem, kuri lieto antihipertensīvos medikamentus, ir lielāks zāļu terapijas problēmu rašanās risks. Vislielākā loma un atbildība farmaceitiskajā pusē ir sekojošu zāļu terapijas problēmu risināšanā: „nevajadzīga zāļu terapija” un „zāļu lietošanas režīma neievērošana”.
The objective of the research „The most common drug therapy problems ir pharmacist practice” is to analyze characteristics and origin of drug therapy problems identified during pharmaceutical care and proportion of pharmacists resposibility in solving thease problems. This topic is very relevant because patients are often unaware that they have developed a drug therapy problem. Identifying the most common drug therapy problems and their origins will help assess which aspects to pay special attention in pharmaceutical care, and it will help doctors understand which drug therapy problems to discuss with patients in more detail to prevent and solve problems as quickly and effectively as possible. Non-compliance with the drug regimen was most commonly identified during the study, but the second most common drug therapy problem is related to drug availability. The study also shows that patients taking antihypertensive medicines has higher risk of developing drug therapy problems. The biggest role and responsibility on the pharmaceutical side is in solving the following drug therapy problems: "unnecessary drug therapy" and "non-compliance with the drug regimen".
