Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Nepilngadīgo kriminālatbildība un kriminālsoda preventīvā nozīme”. Lai spētu samazināt noziedzīgo nodarījumu skaitu, ir jāsāk preventīvi strādāt ar nepilngadīgajiem un to var panākt ar Krimināllikuma reformu, kurā jārosina brīvības atņemšanas sodu piemērot iespējami reti. Autore darbā analizēs kādi ir nepilngadīgo kriminālsodi, kā panākt nepilngadīgo prevencijas efektivitāti un Krimināllikuma grozījumi nepilngadīgo sankcijās varētu būt veids kā personu nepadarīt par vainīgu noziedzīgajā nodarījuma izdarīšanā vai tā atkārtošanā. Izciešot brīvības atņemšanas sodu, nepilngadīgais atradīsies sabiedrībā, kur visi būs izdarījuši noziedzīgo nodarījumu un atgriezties iepriekšējā ikdienā būs gandrīz neiespējami, tāpēc darba gaitā tiks meklēts risinājums kā nepilngadīgas personas sodīt. Darba kopējais lappušu skaits ir 65 lappuses.
The subject of bachelor's work is “Criminal liability of minors and the preventive role of criminal penalties”. In order to be able to reduce the number of offences, it is necessary to start working proactively with minors and this can be achieved through the reform of the Criminal Law, which should encourage the use of custodial sentences as rarely as possible. At work, the author will analyse the criminal penalties of minors, the purpose of the sentence and its implementation in order to achieve the effectiveness of prevention of minors and the amendment of the Criminal Law to juvenile sanctions could be a way of not making a person guilty of committing or repeating a criminal offence. By imposing a custodial sentence, the juvenile will be in a society where everyone has committed a criminal offence and returning to the previous day will be almost impossible, so a solution will be sought as a juvenile to punish. The total number of pages in the job is 65 pages.
