Abstract
1. Apskatīt publicēto literatūru par minimāli invazīvajiem priekšējiem venīriem
2. Aprakstīt moderno minimāli invazīvo venīru struktūru
3. Izpētīt šo protēžu vērtību ujn nepieciešamību:
4. Aprakstīt metodes un materiālus, kurus izmanto mūsdienu minimāli invazīvo venīru uzstādīšanai:
5. Izpētīt pielietojuma biežumu un klīniskos rezultātus
Introduction Minimally invasive indirect anterior veneer is elective prosthetics solution used to restore or improve anterior esthetics. Invasiveness can be categorized according to preparation depth, ending to veneer requiring no preparation. Another limiting factor is physical characteristics of the prosthetics materials regarding survival and esthetics. (Radz, GM. 2011) Obradović-Đuričić et. al, (2014) outlines that no-prep veneers have many advantages for patients. Patient doesn’t need anesthesia, and preparation procedure is considerably shorter and without rotary instruments. All margins will be bonded to enamel which promotes longevity of the restoration. 0.5mm and deeper preparations have cervical part bonding in dentin, which reduces the bonding stability and the survival in long term. (Smielak, B. 2015). Approach has been used during infancy of the porcelain-laminate veneers, and shortcomings were identified as bulkiness of the anterior outlook, periodontal problems caused by restorations overhangs and inability to change shape of the teeth. (Smielak, B. 2015). Objectives of this literature study are: 1. Review published literature regarding minimally invasive anterior veneers 2. To describe structure of modern minimally invasive anterior veneer 3. Explore purpose and value proposal of these prosthetics 4. Describe materials and methods for the most minimally invasive indirect veneers currently deployed 5. Explore current deployment rate and clinical results
