Abstract
Ne visi uzņēmuma vadītāji pievērš lielu uzmanību uzņēmuma stratēģijas pārdomātai definēšanai un dažādu uzņēmuma aspektu analīzei. Finanšu radītāji nav vienīgie uzņēmuma darbības radītāji, kuri ir jāanalizē, bet ir jāpēta un jāpilnveido visi organizācijas iekšējie faktori un procesi. Lai spētu novērtēt uzņēmuma pozīciju tirgū, analizēt potenciālos klientus, novērtēt uzņēmuma vadības un darbinieku sniegumu, uzņēmumā var tikt pielietota līdzsvarotās vadības sistēma.
Maģistra darba tēma ir “Līdzsvarotās vadības kartes izveide organizācijai ECOMMPAY LIMITED”. Darba mērķis ir balstoties uz teorētiskajām atziņām par starptautiska uzņēmuma stratēģiju un vadību, izveidot uzņēmuma ECOMMPAY LIMITED līdzsvarotās vadības karti. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika izmantota uzņēmuma iekšējo dokumentu analīze un izpēte.
Pētījuma gaitā tika pielietotas monogrāfiskā jeb aprakstošā, analīzes un sintēzes, sekundāru datu analīze, gadījuma analīze, salīdzināšanas, grafiskā un aprēķinu konstruktīvā metodes.
Pēc veiktās analīzes tika secināts, ka līdzsvarotās vadības karte ir metode, kura palīdz uzņēmumam izstrādāt strukturētu mērķu sasniegšanas shēmu lai sasniegtu vēlamos darbības rezultātus, kā arī īstenot uzņēmuma galveno mērķi. Darba ietvaros tika izveidota uzņēmuma ECOMMPAY LIMITED līdzsvarotās vadības karte, kuru uzņēmums varēs izmantot darba organizēšanai un mērķa sasniegšanai.
Maģistra darbs sastāv no 72 lapām, 22 attēliem, 7 tabulām, 40 literatūras avotiem un 3 pielikumiem.
Not all business leaders pay attention to defining their company's strategy and analyse the different aspects of their business. Financial performance is not the only company's performance that needs to be analysed, but all the internal factors and processes of an organization need to be studied and improved. In order to be able to assess the company's market position, analyse potential customers, evaluate the performance of management and employees, a balanced scorecard can be applied. The topic of this Master Thesis is " Balanced Scorecard for the company ECOMMPAY LIMITED". The aim of the thesis is to develop a balanced scorecard for ECOMMPAY LIMITED. Balanced scorecard is based on the theoretical knowledge of strategy and management of a multinational company. To achieve the objective, the analysis and study of the company's internal documents was performed. Monographic or descriptive approach, analysis and synthesis, secondary data analysis, case study, comparative, graphical and computational constructive methods were applied in the course of the research. After the analysis, it was concluded that the balanced scorecard is a method that helps a company to develop a structured scheme for achieving its objectives in order to achieve the desired performance results as well as to realize the main objective of the company. The Master Thesis included the development of a balanced scorecard for ECOMMPAY LIMITED, which can be used by the company to organize its work and achieve its objective. The Master Thesis consists of 72 pages, 22 figures, 7 tables, 40 references and 3 annexes.
