Abstract
Šī bakalaura darba tēma bija izvēlēta, pamatojoties uz tas aktualitāti gan pašai autorei, gan visiem Latvijas iedzīvotājiem, jo kā kādreiz savā runā teica Džons Kenedijs: „ Mēs visi esam patērētāji”, bet runājot par patērētājiem ne katrs no tiem ir pircējs un atkarībā no tā mainās šo patērētāju tiesības. Kā izriet no Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības likuma, personai tiek uzdāvināts apģērbs, šīs patērētājs nav tiesīgs celt prasību pārdevējam, ja prece atbilst līguma nosacījumiem.
The topic of this bachelor's thesis was chosen based on its relevance both to the author and to all Latvians, because as ever John Kennedy said in his speech: "We are all consumers", but when it comes to consumers, not everyone is a buyer and depending on it changing the rights of these consumers. As it follows from the Consumer Rights Protection Law, person what was given a cloth is not entitled to sue the seller if the product complies with the terms of the contract. Sellers refuse to give the seller cash for a non-compliant product because they are not obliged to do taht by law and often use an alternative way repay money, which means that the relevant articles need to be clarified. The aim of this work is to study the legal framework of clothing retail, identify problems and provide possible solutions. The author achieved her goal and put forward her proposals for the improvement of the Consumer Rights Protection Law. The volume of work, which consists of 4 chapters and the relevant subchapter, is 56 pages.
