Anotācija
Bakalaura darba ietvaros “Pacientu pieredze nodaļās Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā”, tika veikts pētījums, ar mērķi noskaidrot un salīdzināt pacientu pieredzi nodaļās Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā. Šajā pētījumā tika salīdzināti arī citi pētījumi par pacientu pieredzi un pandēmijas ierobežojumiem.
Pētījuma hipotēze - Pastāv atšķirība pacientu pieredzē starp nodaļu pacientiem Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā.
Pētījuma veikšanai tika izmantots pētījuma instruments – autores izveidota aptaujas anketa, kura sastāv no trīs sadaļām. Aptauja noritēja no 10.02.2021. līdz 25.04.2021. Pētījumā piedalījās 60 respondenti.
Pētījuma mērķauditorija bija pacienti, kuri ir bijuši stacionēti terapijas vai neiroloģijas nodaļās Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā. Aptaujāti tika 30 pacienti no terapijas nodaļas un 30 pacienti no neiroloģijas nodaļas beidzoties ārstēšanai stacionārā.
Pētījuma iegūto rezultātu analizēšanai tika izmantota autores izstrādāta un metodoloģijas daļā aprakstīta kategoriju vērtēšanas sistēma.
Pētījuma hipotēze apstiprinājās, jo iegūtie rezultāti par abu respondentu grupu pieredzēm atrodoties stacionārā Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā statistiski nozīmīgi atšķīrās. Vērtējot visus kategoriju iegūtos rezultātus kopā, atšķirības abu respondentu grupu iegūtajos rezultātos tika konstatētas visās trīs aptaujas anketas kategorijās. Zemākos vērtējumus ieguva kategorija par informāciju un komunikāciju.
Pielietojot pētījuma autores izstrādāto metodi, pēc iegūto punktu skaitu neiroloģijas nodaļas respondentu grupā pieredze bija pozitīvāka, nekā terapijas respondentu grupā.
Bakalaura darbs sastāv no anotācijas, satura, ievada, literatūras apskata, praktiskās daļas ar pētniecības darba metodoloģiju, rezultātiem, diskusijas, secinājumiem, izmantoto informatīvo avotu saraksta, pieciem pielikumiem. Darbā ievietotas 11 tabulas, divi attēli, izmantoti 48 literatūras avoti. Darbs sastāv no 47 lapaspusēm bez pielikumiem.

Abstract In Bachelor’s paper “Patient experience in departments during the Covid-19 pandemic”, a research was done in order to find out experience of patients in departments during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this research was also compared different country researches about patient experience in departments during the pandemic and pandemic restrictions. The hypothesis of the study – there is a difference in patient experience between patients in units during the Covid-19 pandemic. To carry out the research, a quantitative method - questionnaire was used and the tool was a questionnaire prepared by the author. The survey took place from 10th of February 2021 until 25th of April 2021. In total 60 respondents participated in the study. The target audience was patients who had been hospitalized during the Covid-19 pandemic in therapy or neurology units. After discharge from hospital, 30 patients from therapy unit and 30 patients from neurology unit were interviewed. To analyze the results of the research was used and evaluation system developed by the author and described in the methodology part. The hypothesis of this study was confirmed, because the obtainet results of the both group experiences in hospital during Covid-19 pandemic was statistically significantly different. Evaluating all the results in categories together, the differences in the results by both groups of respondents were found in all three categories of the questionnaire. The lowest scores where given to the category of information and communication. Using the method that was made by the author of the study, according to the points obtained, the experience in the group of patients from neurology unit was more positive than in therapy unit. The Bachelor's thesis consists of an annotation, content, introduction, literature review, research methodology, results, discussion, conclusions, a list of references, and five appendices. The work contains 11 tables, two figures, 48 references. The thesis is presented on 47 pages, appendices excluded.
