Abstract
Medicīnas māsas profesionālā kompetence ir dinamiska kognitīvo un metakognitīvo zināšanu, prasmju un izpratnes, starppersonu, intelektuālo un praktisko iemaņu un ētisko vērtību kombinācija (Miķelsone, Renigere & Dreimane, 2016).
Kompetence ir būtiska māsu aprūpes sastāvdaļa, un tai ir nozīmīga loma māsu sniegto pakalpojumu kvalitātē. Tas palīdz garantēt sniegtās aprūpes augsto kvalitāti un efektivitāti, kā arī uztur māsu profesijas sociālo vērtību un statusu. Kompetence ir zināšanu, prasmju, attieksmes, vērtību un spēju kopums, kas palielina efektivitāti un lietderību profesionālā darba vidē (Karami, Farokhzadian & Foroughameri, 2019).
Bakalaura darba mērķis bija noteikt profesionālo kompetenču līmeni interno māsu darba vidē.
Uz pētījuma jautājumu “Kāds ir profesionālo kompetenču līmenis interno māsu darba vidē?” var atbildēt sekojoši: respondentu kompetences kopīgais rādītājs ir 49.91, SD=3.65 punkti, kas ļauj secināt, ka māsu kompetence ir diezgan labā līmenī.
Pētījumā bija izmantota Medicīnas māsu profesionālās kompetences komponentu pašnovērtējuma skala (Nurse Competence Scale), Meretoja et al., (2010) un aptaujas anketa internās aprūpes māsām, kuru izstrādāja darba autore.
The professional competence of a nurse is a dynamic combination of cognitive and metacognitive knowledge, skills and understanding, interpersonal, intellectual and practical skills and ethical values (Miķelsone, Renigere & Dreimane, 2016). Competence is an essential component of nursing care and plays an important role in the quality of services provided by nurses. It helps to guarantee the high quality and efficiency of the care provided and maintains the social value and status of the nursing profession. Competence is a set of knowledge, skills, attitudes, values and abilities that increase efficiency and effectiveness in a professional work environment (Karami, Farokhzadian & Foroughameri, 2019). The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to determine the level of professional competencies in the work environment of general practice nurse. To the research question "What is the level of professional competencies in the work environment of general practice nurses?" can be answered as follows: the total indicator of the respondents' competence is 49.91, SD = 3.65 points, which allows to conclude that the competence of nurses is quite good. The study used the (Nurse Competence Scale) of Nurses' Professional Competence Components, Meretoja et al., (2010) and a questionnaire for general practice nurses developed by the author.
