Abstract
The aim of the work is to compare the accuracy between the conventional impression method and new digital methods. During the research, several works by other authors were reviewed, their results are summarized in a table and a meta-analysis was performed. From the results, it can not be concluded, that the scanning method is slightly more accurate than conventional one, but due to the high cost of scanners and the reluctance of most dentists to use new methods, digital methods are used less than conventional impressions.
