Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Ar brīvības atņemšanu notiesāto personu resocializācija kā viens no galvenajiem soda mērķiem”. Resocializācijas procesā tiek strādāts pie personu reintegrācijas sabiedrībā pēc atbrīvošanās no ieslodzījumu vietas un soda izciešanas. Resocializācijas procesa norisi organizē Ieslodzījuma vietu pārvalde un Valsts probācijas dienests. Svarīga loma šajā procesā ir brīvprātīgajiem un līdzgaitniekiem.
Bakalaura darba pētījuma mērķis ietver analizēt ar brīvības atņemšanu notiesāto personu resocializāciju no teorētiskā aspekta, proti, izprast šī jēdziena būtību un ietekmi uz sabiedrību, noskaidrojot pastāvošās un aktuālās problēmas, iesakot to iespējamos risinājumus. Bakalaura darba struktūru veido trīs nodaļas. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek analizēta resocializācijas jēdziena būtība, resocializācijas plāna izveide un resocializācijas procesa pozitīvie un negatīvie aspekti, otrajā nodaļā tiek pētīts praktiskais resocializācijas process Ieslodzījumu vietu pārvaldē, Valsts probācijas dienestā, kā arī tiek apskatīta brīvprātīgo un līdzgaitnieku iesaiste šinī procesā. Autore norāda, ka trešajā nodaļā tiek analizētas aktuālās problēmas.
Bakalaura darba noslēgumā tiek apkopoti secinājumi par izvēlētas tēmas pamatproblēmām, kā arī tiek piedāvāti iespējamie šo problēmu risinājumi.
Darba apjoms ir 60 lappuses.
Darbs struktūra attēlota 3 nodaļās un 9 apakšnodaļās.
The subject of the Bachelor's thesis is “Resocialization of persons sentenced to custodial deprivation as one of the main objectives of punishment”. In the process of resocialization, work is being done on the reintegration of persons into society after release from prison and serving a sentence. The process of resocialization is organized by the Prison Administration and the State Probation Service. Volunteers and associates have an important role in this process. The aim of the bachelor's thesis research includes analyzing the resocialization of persons sentenced to imprisonment from a theoretical point of view, namely, to understand the essence of this concept and its impact on society, clarifying existing and current problems, recommending their possible solutions. The structure of the bachelor's thesis consists of three sections. The first chapter analyses the nature of the concept of resocialization, the development of a resocialization plan and the positive and negative aspects of the resocialization process, the second chapter examines the practical process of resocialization in the Prison Administration, the State Probation Service, and the involvement of volunteers and associates in this process. The author points out that in the third chapter the current problems are analyzed. At the end of the Bachelor's thesis, conclusions about the actual problems of the chosen topic are summarized and possible solutions to these problems are offered. The Bachelor’s thesis is generally outlined on 60 pages. The Bachelor’s thesis structure is presented in 3 chapters and 9 sub-chapters.
