Abstract
slimnīcā X statistiski nozīmīgi neatšķiras no NIC kritērijiem cilvēkresursu plānošanā.
Pētījuma metode: sistemātiskā novērojuma metode.
Pētījuma instrumenti: autora izstrādāts protokols ar pētāmas intervences darbības
sarakstu.
Pētāmas intervences: “Asins komponentu transfūzija”, “Ķīmijterapijas infūzijas ievade
un novērošanā”, “Intravenozā katetra ievietošana”, “Intravenozas medikamentu terapijas
ievade”, “Dokumentācijā” un “Maiņas nodošana”.
Pētījuma ietvaros tika novērotas 15 māsas strādājošas hematoonkoloģijas nodaļā,
slimnīca X.
Izvirzīta hipotēze tika apstiprināta, māsu intervences laikietilpība hematoonkoloģiskā
nodaļā slimnīcā X statistiski neatšķiras no NIC kritērijiem.
Nurses are an integral part of health care, providing a significant portion of direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. Nurses play a critical role in care, and factors such as the number of nurses versus the number of patients being cared for, the work environment, and the time commitment of mass work determine the quality of care provided. The title of the topic in the bachelor's thesis: "The time consumption of the work performed by a nurse and its relation to human resource planning in the hemato-oncology department at hospital X". The aim of the study: to determine the time consumption of interventions performed by nurses in the hemato-oncology department in relation to the possibility of using the Nurse Intervention Classification (NIC) in human resource planning. Research hypothesis: the time consumption of interventions performed by nurses in the hemato-oncology department at hospital X does not differ statistically significantly from the NIC criteria in human resources planning. Research method: systematic observation method. Research tools: a protocol developed by the author with a list of activities of the intervention to be studied. Interventions to be investigated: "Transfusion of blood components", "Introduction and observation of chemotherapy infusion", "Insertion of intravenous catheter", " Intravenous drug therapy administration", "Documentation" and "Transfer of shift". Within the framework of the study, 15 nurses working in the hemato-oncology department, hospital X, were observed. The proposed hypothesis was confirmed, the time consumption of nursing intervention in the hemato-oncology department in hospital X does not statistically differ from the NIC criteria. The intervention protocols with the performed actions were also analyzed and the actions and their impact on the execution time of the investigated intervention were determined. The bachelor thesis is prepared in Latvian on 43 pages, with five appendices. The obtained data are reflected in 9 tables. The work used 35 literary sources, six in Latvian and 29 in English.
