Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma – „Izdegšanas sindroms garīgās veselības aprūpes māsām
saistībā ar darba stāžu nozarē”.
Garīgās veselības iestādē strādājošās māsas ir paaugstināta riska grupā, jo ikdienā
pildot savus pienākumus jāsastopas ar distresa situācijām kā bailes no pacientu vardarbības,
ierobežotie resursi, pārpildītās stacionāra nodaļas, emocionāla spriedze, diennakts darbs kā
arī augstās darba prasības. Šo faktoru rezultātā māsas ir pakļautas fiziskam un emocionālam
izsīkumam, kas savukārt tiešā un netiešā veidā atspoguļojas uz darba kvalitāti.
Pētījuma mērķis: noskaidrot saistību starp darba stāžu un izdegšanas sindromu
praktizējošam garīgās veselības aprūpes māsām.
Lai sasniegtu pētījuma mērķi tika veikts kvantitatīvs, neeksperimentāls pētījums,
pielietojot Maslačas izdegšanas aptauju un sociāldemogrāfisko māsu aptaujas anketu.
Pētījuma izlase: vienas X ārstniecības iestādes praktizējošas garīgās veselības
aprūpes māsas.
Kopumā tika aptaujāti 95 respondenti.
Bachelor's Work Theme – “Burn-out syndrome for mental health nurses in relation to work experience in the industry”. Nurses working in a mental health institution are at increased risk because dystress situations are faced in daily performance as a fear of patient violence, limited resources, overcrowded hospital departments, emotional tension, day-to-day work, as well as high working requirements. As a result of these factors, nurses are subjected to physical and emotional exhaustion, which, in turn, is reflected directly and indirectly on the quality of work. The aim of the study is to clarify the relationship between seniority and burn-out syndrome for practising mental health nurses. In order to achieve the objective of the study, a quantitative, non-experimental study was carried out using a Maslach burn survey and a social demographic questionnaire for nurses. Sample of study: Mental Health Care Sisters practising in one X medical institution. A total of 95 respondents were surveyed.
