Abstract
Šajā darba tika pētīts darba laika un atpūtas laika tiesisks regulējums un tā problemātika. Pamata darba tika pētīts Latvijas Republikas Darba likums un ES direktīva Nr. 2003/88/EK. Pētījuma tika izmantotā pieejama tiesu prakse darba laika un atpūtas laika jautājumos. Pētījuma mērķis ir indificet DL problēmas un nepilnības. DL ir vairākas nepilnības sakot ar “neoficiāliem” pārtraukumiem smēķēšanai un beidzot ar ikgadējam atvaļinājuma daļas zudumu sakara ar to, kā darbinieks laika viņu nav izņēmis pilna apmēra kādu iemeslu dēļ. Tiesu prakse arī parada vairākas spēka esoša tiesiska regulējuma nepilnības. Ka paradīja tiesu prakse un pētniecisks darbs lielākas problēmas ir novērojamas atvaļinājumu, summēta darba laika, nakts darba laika, nepilna darba laika un pārtraukumu tiesiskajā regulējuma. Bakalaura darba kopējais lapaspušu skaits ir 55.
In this work were studied the, legal regulation of working time and rest time and its problems. Objects of research was Employment Law of Latvian Republic and directive of European Onion No. 2003/88/EK. Research is based on available work and rest time case court practice. The aim of the study is to identify work time and rest time legal regulation problems and its flaws. work time and rest time legal regulation have numbers of flaws beginning with 'unofficial' smoking breaks to the annual loss of part of leave because employee fully not taking time off for any reason. Court case practice has showed multiple flaws of current legal regulation. Law case and research showed that major problems are observed in the time off legal regulation, aggregation of working time, night work, part-time work and breaks in the legal regulation. The total number of pages of the bachelor's thesis is 55.
