Abstract
Bakalaura darbā tiek pētīta ģimeņu apmierinātība ar ģimenes loceklim saņemto profesionāļu aprūpi un ārstniecību paliatīvajā aprūpē.
Darba mērķis - noskaidrot paliatīvo pacientu ģimeņu apmierinātību ar saņemtajiem ārstniecības un aprūpes pakalpojumiem. Lai sasniegtu pētījuma mērķi tika pielietots kvantitatīvs pētījuma dizains un neeksperimentāls, salīdzinošs šķērsgriezuma pētījums.
Darba galvenais uzdevums - salīdzināt paliatīvu pacientu ģimeņu apmierinātību starp ģimenēm, kuru tuvinieks saņem profesionāļu aprūpi un ārstniecību stacionārā un aprūpē mājās.
Kopumā tika ievāktas 140 anketas. Lai iegūtu pētījuma rezultātus darbā tika izmantota aptaujas anketa. Rezultātā tika iegūts, ka ģimenes, kuru tuvinieks saņem profesionāļu aprūpi un ārstniecību stacionārā ir apmierinātākas par ģimenēm, kuru tuvinieks saņem profesionāļu aprūpi un ārstniecību aprūpē mājās. Statistiski nozīmīgas atšķirības tika atrastas 13 jautājumos starp abu respondentu grupām.
Vismazākā atšķirība starp abu grupu respondentu apmierinātību bija jautājumā par ārsta un māsas pakalpojumu nodrošinājumu, bet vislielākā atšķirība tika novērota jautājumā par izpratni ar ģimenes locekļa vajadzībām no veselības aprūpes iestādēm.

The bachelor's thesis examines the satisfaction of families with the care and treatment of family members in palliative care. The aim of the study was to find out the satisfaction of palliative care families with the received treatment and care services of their family members. To achieve this, a quantitative study design and a non-experimental, comparative cross-sectional study were used. The main task of the work is to compare the satisfaction of palliative patient families between families whose relatives receive professional care and treatment in hospitals and home care. 140 responses were collected. As a result, families whose relatives receive professional care and treatment in the hospital are more satisfied than families whose relatives receive professional care and treatment at home. Statistically significant differences were found in 13 questions between the two groups of respondents. The smallest difference between the satisfaction of the two groups of respondents was about the question of doctor's and nurse's services, but the largest difference was about the question about the family member's health care needs. The work consists of 41 pages, 12 images. 42 literature sources are used in the work and 4 appendices are added.
