Abstract
Bakalaura darbs “Publiskās ticsmības un prioritātes princips zemesgrāmatā” tiek veltīts publiskās ticamības un prioritātes principu problēmjautājumu izzināšanai, kas skar gan fiziskas, gan juridiskas personas pie tiesību nostiprināšanas zemesgrāmatā.
Tēma ir aktuāla gan no teorētiskā, gan praktiskā viedokļa. Darbā tiek apskatīti vairāki ļoti aktuāli jautājumi, kas skar publiskās ticamības un prioritātes principus, ar ko saskaras personas, kas liedz tām nostiprināt īpašumtiesības zemesgrāmatā.
Darba mērķis: izpētīt publiskās ticamības un prioritātes principu zemesgrāmatā problemātiku un ieteikt iespējamos problēmu risinājumus.
Atšķirīgā informācija zemesgrāmatu sistēmā un privāti sastādītajos līgumos noved pie lēmumiem par nostiprinājuma lūgumu atstāšanas bez ievērības.

The Bachelor’s paper “The principle of public credibility and priority in the Land Register” is intended to finding out the problematic questions of the public credibility and priority principles concerning both physical and juridical persons when securing their rights in the Land Register. The theme is acute from the theoretical as well as the practical points of view. The work describles several very acute items connected with the public credibility and priority principles people come across which prohibits them to secure their property rights in the Land Register. The objective of the work: To investigate the problems of the public credibility and priority principles in the Land Register and to recommend the solution of the possible problems. The diverse information in the Land Register system and privately prepared contracts lead to decisions leaving securing petitions unnoticed. The work consists of 56 pages.
