Anotācija
Kristapa Valges kvalifikācijas darbs “Fiziskās aktivitātes un darba pienākumu
veikšana” izstrādāts Rīgas Stradiņa universitātes Sabiedrības veselības un sociālās
labklājības fakultātes studiju programmas “Veselības sporta speciālists” Mag.paed
lektores Indras Vīnbergas vadībā.
Kā zināms, jebkura uzņēmuma panākumi un veiksme ir tieši atkarīgi no
cilvēkresursu efektivitātes, un šim faktoram ir ļoti nozīmīga ietekme uz kopējo rezultātu.
Savukārt ikviena darbinieka sniegumu būtiski ietekmē gan fiziskā veselība, gan
psihoemocionālais stāvoklis - būt veselam, fiziski un psiholoģiski spēcīgam mūsdienās
kļūst par arvien lielāku priekšrocību darba tirgū.
Vai un kā darbinieka kopējo labsajūtu un produktivitāti var ietekmēt regulāras
fiziskās aktivitātes un cik nozīmīgs rīks uzņēmēju rokās var kļūt atbalsts regulāru fizisko
aktivitāšu paradumu veicināšanai, tiks apskatīts šī darba ietvaros.
Kvalifikācijas darbā iekļautā pētījuma pētniecības jautājumi ir: Vai darbinieki
uzskata, ka fiziskas aktivitātes veicina sekmīgu darba pienākumu veikšanu? Kādi ir
darbinieku fizisko aktivitāšu ikdienas paradumi?
Pētījumā autors apskata un analizē situāciju šobrīd – dažādos uzņēmumos
strādājošu darbinieku fizisko aktivitāšu paradumus, tostarp, kāda veida fiziskajām
aktivitātēm darbinieki dod priekšroku, cik laika nedēļā tām tiek veltīts un kādi ir
respondentu galvenie iemesli iekļaut fiziskās aktivitātes savā ikdienā. Kā arī tiek
noskaidrots darbinieku viedoklis par fizisko aktivitāšu ietekmi uz darba pienākumu
veikšanu.
Pētījuma populācija: 118 strādājošie vecumā virs 18 gadiem. To skaitā 45 vīrieši
un 73 sievietes.
Pētījuma norise: Aptaujas anketa tika izplatīta sociālajos tīklos laika periodā no
2023.gada novembra līdz decembrim.
Pētījuma metodes: literatūras apkopošana un analīze, anketēšana un iegūto datu
analīze.
Galvenie secinājumi: Vairākums darbinieku veic fiziskās aktivitātes, un teju puse
sasniedz PVO rekomendēto laika apjomu. Lielākā daļa no tiem izjūt darba produktivitātes
pieaugumu, uzskatot, ka fiziskajām aktivitātēm ir liela nozīme sekmīgā darba pienākumu
veikšanā.
Annotation Kristaps Valge qualification work “Physical Activities and Performance of Work Duties” was developed under the leadership of Indra Vinberga, Mag.paed lecturer of program “Health Sports Specialist” of the Faculty of Public Health and Social Welfare of Riga Stradins University. As you know, the succes and achievements of any company directly depends on the efficiency of human resources and this factor has a very significant impact on the overall result. The performance of every employee is significantly affected by both physical health and psycho-emotional state – to be healthy, physically and psychologically strong every day is becoming more and more and advantage in the labor market. Wether and how an employee’s overall well-being and productivity can be affected by regular physical activities and how important tool can promotion of regular physical activity habits become in the hands of entrepreneurs, will be studied in this work. Questions of the research included in the qualification work is: Do employees admit, that physical activity helps to succesfully do their work duties? What are the physical activity habits of employees? In the study, author examines and analyzes the situation at the moment – physical activity habits of employees working in various companies, including what type of physical activities they prefer, how much time per week are they active and what are their main reasons to include physical activities in daily life, as well as the opinion on effects on work performance. The population of the research: 118 workers aged over 18 years, including 45 men and 73 women. The procedure of the research: Questionnaire was spread on social networks in the period from November to December 2023. Methods of the research: collection and analysis of literature, questionnaire and analysis of the obtained data. Main conclusions: Majority of employees are including physical activities in daily life and almost half of them reach the recommended time for physical activities by WHO. Most of them feel increase of work productivity admitting that physical activities have a significant impact on successful performance of work duties.
