Researches were performed within the period from 2002 to 2009. Defence: on May 30, 2011, at 15:00 p.m. on the open meeting of the Promotion Council of Theoretical Medicine disciplines of Riga Stradins University (RSU) in Riga, at Dzirciema Street 16, in the Hippocrates lecture-hall.en
