Abstract
The case report about 50-year old female with poor general condition demonstrates painstaking, one step at a time multitherapy for the third most common cancer and the third cause of cancer death in western countries – colorectal cancer. Personalized diagnosis and multitherapeutic approach at specialized centers for the treatment of colorectal cancer especially with multiple metastases or/and local cancer recurrence is the cornerstone for reaching favorable treatment results and satisfactory long-term prognosis.
