Abstract
Preterm birth is a high-incidence condition of pregnancy that occurs in the 22nd week of pregnancy up to 36th week of pregnancy. It can be divided into two categories: indicated births, which were started as necessity under the supervision of a medical staff at the doctor's discretion, and spontaneous ones, which are stimulated by a pregnancy condition or spontaneous rupture of the uterus membranes associated with the development of pregnancy. 80% of all premature pregnancies are spontaneous preterm birth, where 30% of cases is stimulated by spontaneous rupture of the uterine membrane. The potential risk of preterm birth was assessed using the Actim Partus Expression Test based on the interpretation of the test results, as well as the observation of women within two weeks from the test at the onset of potential preterm birth.
