Abstract
Šī zinātniski pētnieciskā darba mērķis ir veidot kopsavilkumu no pieejamās literatūras par hialuronskābes lietošanu periodontoloģijā, atrast pieejamo literatūru par attiecīgo tēmu, analizēt to un izvērtēt hialuronskābes lietošanas efektus papildus ķirurģiskai un neķirurģiskai periodontālai ārstēšanai. Lai to panāktu, tika analizēts 31 zinātiskais pētījums un viena grāmata, kas publicēti pēdējo 5 gadu laikā. No izveidotā literatūras apskata tika secināts, ka topikālā hialuronskābes lietošana papildus neķirurģiskām un ķirurģiskām ārstēšanas metodēm var sniegt klīnisku ieguvumu, tomēr nepieciešami turpmāki pētījumi, lai novērtētu hialuroskābes izmantošanu dažādās klīniskās situācijās.
The aim of this research is to summarize the available literature on the use of hyaluronic acid in periodontology, to find the available literature on the topic, to analyze it and to evaluate the effects of hyaluronic acid use in addition to surgical and non-surgical periodontal treatment. To achieve this, 31 scientific studies and one book published in the last 5 years were analyzed. From the literature review, it was concluded that topical use of hyaluronic acid in addition to non-surgical and surgical treatments may provide clinical benefit, however, further studies are needed to evaluate the use of hyaluronic acid in different clinical situations.
