Abstract
Pēdējo gadu laikā morālais distress kļuva par vienu no nozīmīgākajiem cēloņiem, kāpēc veselības aprūpes personāls pamet savu darbu. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot intensīvās terapijas nodaļā un ķirurģijas aprūpes nodaļā praktizējošu māsu morālā distresa līmeni.
Izvirzīta hipotēze - intensīvā terapijā praktizējošām māsām ir augstāks morālā distresa līmenis nekā ķirurģiskās aprūpes māsām.
Pētījumā piedalījās 65 respondenti – māsas, no 2 ķirurģijas un 2 intensīvās aprūpes nodaļaām, vecumā no 21 līdz 62 gadiem.
Iegūtos pētījuma rezultātos noskaidrots, ka ķirurģijas aprūpes māsām ir augstāks morāla distresa līmenis nekā intensīvās aprūpes māsām.
