Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma ir „ Internās aprūpes māsu konfliktu risināšanas stratēģiju izvēle saistībā ar izglītības līmeni un darba stāžu”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka māsas praktizē vidē, kas ir piepildīta ar iespējamiem konfliktiem, jo māsu darba apstākļi var būt sarežģīti un saspringti. Tāpēc, lai māsām efektīvi veiktu savu darbu, ir ļoti svarīgi iemācīties pārvaldīt konfliktus agrīnā stadijā.
Bakalaura darba mērķis: noteikt saistību starp konfliktu risināšanas stratēģiju izvēli un internas aprūpes māsu izglītības līmeni un darba stāžu.
Veiktais pētījums kopumā ļauj secināt, ka izvirzīta hipotēze: „pastāv statistiski nozīmīga sakarība starp konfliktu risināšanas stratēģiju izvēli un internas aprūpes māsu izglītības līmeni un darba stāžu”, ir apstiprinājusies.
Visbiežāk konfliktu vadības stils internās aprūpes māsu vidū bija pielāgošanās. Pastāv statistiski nozīmīga saistība starp konfliktu risināšanas stratēģijām un izglītības līmeni un darba stāžu. Vidējie rādītāji uzrāda pozitīvu, vāju saistību starp konkurences, sadarbības, kompromisa, izvairīšanās stratēģijām un darba stāžu, kas var liecināt par to, ka, pieaugot darba stāžam, pieaug konfliktu risināšanas stratēģiju rādītāji. Starp izglītības līmeni un pielāgošanās stratēģijas rādītāju pastāv statistiski nozīmīga, negatīva, vāja saistība, kas liecina, ka pieaugot izglītības līmenim, samazinās pielāgošanās stratēģijas rādītāji.
The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "The selection of conflict strategy solution depending on the level of education and work experience of medical nurses". The timeliness of the topic is determined by the fact that nurses practice in the environment full of potential conflicts. Due to this reason, the working conditions for them can be difficult and stressful. Therefore, in order to do their job effectively, it is very important to learn how to manage conflicts in the early days. The aim of the bachelor's thesis: To determine the relationship between the selection of strategy of conflict resolution, the level of education and nurses work experience. In overall, in the research is concluded the following hypothesis: “There is a statistically significant relationship between the selection of conflict resolution strategy, the education level and nurses work experience” has been confirmed. The most widespread conflict management style among nurses was adaptation. There is a statistically significant relationship between conflict resolution strategy, educational level and nurses work experience. In average, it shows a positive and weak relationship between competition, cooperation, compromise, avoidance and work experience which may indicate an increase in conflict resolution strategy for the nurses with biggest work experience. There is a statistically significant, negative, weak relationship between the level of education and the indicator of the adaptation strategy which indicates that the adaptation strategy indicators decrease to the extent of capacity of increase of education level.
