Abstract
Darbā aplūkojamās tēmas aktualitātes pamatotas ar atziņu par nepieciešamību apzināt Tiesību uz vārda brīvību un tiesību uz privāto dzīvi piemērošanas problemātiku. Bakalaura darbs “Tiesības uz privāto dzīvi un tiesības uz vārda brīvību tiesiskais regulējums un to piemērošana’’ veidots, lai apzinātu problēmas, kas rodas šo tiesību piemērošanas brīdī . Bakalaura darba mērķis – izanalizējot tiesības uz privāto dzīvi un tiesības uz vārda brīvību, identificēt problēmas tiesisko normu piemērošanā un ieteikt risinājumus. Pētījumā gūtā galvenā atziņa ir tā, ka, lai piemērotu konkrētās konstitucionālās tiesības ir nepieciešams skaidrot tiesības uz vārda brīvību, to mērķi un piemērošanu, lai šīs tiesības nepārkāptu citu personu tiesības uz privāto dzīvi, netiktu izmantotas naida runā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Darbā tiek izmantoti normatīvie akti, juridisko zinātņu pārstāvju viedokļi un atziņas, publikācijas dotajos jautājumos, tiesu spriedumi un interneta resursi. The topicality of the topic discussed in the work is based on the recognition of the need to be aware of the problems of applying the right to freedom of speech and the right to private life. The bachelor's thesis "Legal regulation of the right to private life and the right to freedom of speech and their application" was created to identify the problems that arise when these rights are applied. The aim of the bachelor's thesis – by analyzing the right to private life and the right to freedom of speech, identify problems in the application of legal norms and recommend solutions. The main conclusion obtained in the study is that in order to apply the specific constitutional rights, it is necessary to explain the right to freedom of speech, its purpose and application, so that these rights do not violate the rights of other persons to private life, and are not used in hate speech. The bachelor thesis consists of three chapters. The work uses regulatory acts, opinions and findings of representatives of legal sciences, publications on given issues, court judgments and Internet resources. The volume of work is 47 pages.
