Abstract
Bakalaura darbs “Pacienta tiesības uz veselības stāvoklim atbilstošas psihiatriskās palīdzības saņemšanu un ar to saistītā problemātika” ir pētījums, kurā pētīti un sistēmiski analizēti jautājumi, kas izriet no pacienta tiesībām uz veselības stāvoklim atbilstošas psihiatriskās palīdzības saņemšanu, kā arī pacienta un ārstniecības iestādes un/ vai ārstniecības personas tiesiskajām attiecībām. Bakalaura darba gaitā tiek analizēti psihiatriskās palīdzības jēdziens un veidi, un pacientu ar garīga rakstura veselības traucējumiem tiesības, šo pacientu īpašais statuss psihiatriskās palīdzības sniegšanas laikā, kā arī ārstniecības personu un ārstniecības iestāžu tiesību raksturojums ārstniecības sniegšanas laikā.
Mūsdienās strauji attīstās gan medicīna, gan medicīnas tiesības, līdz ar to Latvijā attīstās tādi medicīnas tiesību jautājumi, kuri īpaši saistīti ar pacienta tiesībām. Psihiatriskās palīdzības sniegšanas laikā nereti rodas problēmas ar pacienta tiesiskā statusa noteikšanu, kā rezultātā ārstniecības personas ne vienmēr zina kā rīkoties vai izdara nepareizas izvēles, līdz ar to radot risku pacientu tiesību ievērošanai.
Bakalaura darba mērķis ir tiesiskā regulējuma un praktiskās piemērošanas pētījuma rezultātā, atklāt pacienta tiesību uz veselības stāvoklim atbilstošas psihiatriskās palīdzības saņemšanu īstenošanas problemātiku, izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus normatīvo aktu pilnveidei.
Bakalaura darbu veido ievads, trīs nodaļas, kas ir sadalītas apakšnodaļās, un nobeigums, kurā ietilpst secinājumi un priekšlikumi, izmantotās literatūras avotu saraksts un pielikumi. Darba kopējais lappušu skaits ir 60. lpp.
Bachelor's work “Patients right to appropriate health – related psychiatric care and related problems” is a study that examines and systematically analyzes the issues arising from the patient's right to receive psychiatric care appropriate to the state of health, as well as the legal relationship between the patient and the medical institution and / or medical practitioner. In the course of the bachelor's work, the concept and types of psychiatric care and the rights of patients with mental health disorders are analyzed, the special status of patients during the provision of psychiatric care, as well as the description of the rights of medical practitioners and medical treatment institutions during the provision of medical treatment. Nowadays, both medicine and medical right are developing rapidly, thus in Latvia such issues of medical rights are developing, which are especially related to patient rights. During the provision of psychiatric care, problems often arise in determining the patient's legal status, as a result of which medical personnel do not always know how to act or make wrong choices, thus creating a risk to the observance of patients' rights. The aim of the bachelor's work is as a result of the research of legal regulation and practical application, to reveal the problems of the implementation of the patient's right to receive psychiatric care appropriate to the state of health, to draw conclusions and develop proposals for improvement of regulatory enactments. The Bachelor's work consists of introduction, three chapters, which are divided into sections, finishing chapter, which includes conclusions and proposals, as well as list of references and annexes, the total number of pages of the work is 60 pages.
