Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Mākslīgā intelekta balstīto ierīču izmantošanas rezultātā cilvēka veselībai nodarītais kaitējums: raksturojums un problemātika.” Šī tēma ir aktuāla ņemot vērā to, ka mūsdienās Mākslīgais intelekts arvien biežāk tiek izmantots medicīnā, veicot pacientu diagnostiku vai ārstēšanu. Tomēr problemātika rodas jautājumā par šo Mākslīgā intelekta balstīto ierīču nodarītā kaitējuma atbildību, kā arī kur tiek regulēta atbildība par šī kaitējuma rašanos. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt mākslīgā intelekta balstīto medicīnisko ierīču darbības rezultātā nodarīto kaitējumu pacienta veselībai, tiesisko regulējumu un tā piemērošanas problemātiku. Veicot šīs tēmas pētījumu darba autore analizēja, kas ir Mākslīgais intelekts, kāda ir tā būtība un kritēriji izmantojot veselības aprūpes sistēmā, kā arī darba autore pētīja Mākslīga intelekta tiesisko regulējumu un tā piemērošanas kārtību balstoties uz medicīnisko ierīču regulu un citiem normatīvajiem regulējumiem. Veicot pētījumu autore ir nonākusi pie vairākiem secinājumiem, kā viens no tiem ir par to, kur tiek skatīts MI balstīto tehnoloģiju radītais kaitējums cilvēka veselībai, par to vai ir nepieciešams regulēt sistēmu un vēl citiem secinājumiem, kas ir norādīti pētījuma beigās. Darba kopējais apjoms ir 56 lpp.
The topic of the bachelor thesis is "Harm to human health caused by the use of artificial intelligence-based devices: characteristics and problems." This topic is relevant because nowadays Artificial Intelligence is increasingly used in medicine, when diagnosing or treating patients. However, the issue of liability for damage caused by these AI-based devices is problematic, as well as where liability for the occurrence of this damage is regulated. The aim of the work is to study the harm caused to the patient's health because of the operation of medical devices based on artificial intelligence, the legal regulation, and the problems of its application. While conducting research on this topic, the author of the paper analyzed what Artificial Intelligence is, what its nature is and the criteria used in the health care system, as well as the author of the paper studied the legal regulation of Artificial Intelligence and its application procedure based on the regulation of medical devices and other normative regulations. During the research, the author has come to several conclusions, one of which is about where the damage caused by AI-based technologies to human health is viewed, about whether it is necessary to regulate the system and other conclusions, which are indicated at the end of the study. The total amount of work is 56 p.
