Abstract
Šis bakalaura darbs ir par tēmu "FinTech ietekme banku sektora pakalpojumu sniegšanu”. Šajā darbā tiek pētīts jaunais jēdziens "FinTech", aplūkotas tās funkcijas un definēta tās loma bankas sektorā un finanšu tirgū. Tajā izklāstītas galvenās jauno finanšu tehnoloģiju tendences un iemesli to aktīvai ienākšanai banku nozarē. Turklāt tiek izvērtēta šī fenomena ietekme uz banku nozari saistībā ar jaunu konkurentu parādīšanos, kā arī analizētas iespējamās izmaiņas banku stratēģijās, sakarā ar FinTech uzņēmumu parādīšanos. Šajā dokumentā ir aprakstīta arī iespējamā banku nozares nākotne kopā ar finanšu tehnoloģiju uzņēmumiem un ne.
Šī darba nozīmīgums izriet no finanšu tehnoloģiju milzīgās izaugsmes banku nozarē, kas ietekmē finanšu tirgu un atsevišķi uz finanšu pakalpojumu patērētājiem.
Pētījuma jautājums: Vai banku pakalpojumi ir atkarīgi no finanšu tehnoloģijas attīstības?
Pētījuma mērķis: Pamatoties uz teorijas atziņu par finanšu tehnoloģijām un banku pakalpojumiem un praktiskās situācijas izpēti, analizēt un novērtēt, kā finanšu tehnoloģijas ietekmē pakalpojumu sniegšanu banku sektorā un identificēt attīstības pilnveidošanas iespējas banku sektorā izmantojot FinTech.
Darba uzdevumu izpildei autore ir izvelējusies šādas pētnieciskās metodes:
1. Monogrāfiska metode – izmantota darbā teorētiskajā daļa 1. uzdevuma izpildei, veicot teorijas un zinātniskas literatūras atziņu analīze par Fintech.
2. Abstrakti – loģiskā metode – izmantota darbā teorētiskajā daļa 2. uzdevuma izpildei, lai veidot Fintech attīstību loģikas konstrukcijas, lai konstatēt attīstības problēmas.
3. Aprakstošā metode – izmantota 2 nodaļa 3. uzdevuma veikšanai, lai analizētu iemeslu, kāpēc bankas sektors sāka pārkārtot savas pakalpojumus dēļ Fintech.
4. Salīdzinošās analīzes metode – izmantota 3 nodaļa 1. uzdevuma veikšanai, lai salīdzinātu kā izmanījās klienti bankas sektorā finanšu tehnoloģijas ieviešanas dēļ.
5. Kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode – izmantota 3 nodaļa 3. uzdevumu, lai vecinātu analīze, kā izmainījās patērētāju paradumi bankas sektorā dēļ Fintech ietekme uz to, kā arī šī metode, izmantota, lai veicinātu interviju par iespējamam perspektīvam banka sektorā un viņu pakalpojumiem.
Rezultātā var secināt, ka finanšu tehnoloģiju ieviešana ir izteikta, kā mērķis uzlabot banku pakalpojumus un banku sistēmu. FinTech uzņēmumi nav banku konkurenti, bet drīzāk spēlē motivējošu lomu, kas veicina banku sektora attīstību. Bankas jau ir sākušas aktīvi integrēt finanšu tehnoloģijas savos uzņēmējdarbības procesos. Rezultātā FinTech un tradicionālo banku iestāžu apvienošanās var radīt jaunu uzņēmējdarbības modeli ar augstu efektivitāti un klientu ērtībām.
Šis darbs ir rakstīts latviešu valodā. Tā sastāv no 51 lappusēm un 32 literatūras avotiem.
This bachelor thesis is on the topic "FinTech impact on banking services". This thesis explores the new concept of FinTech, examines its functions and defines, its role in the banking sector and the financial market. It outlines the main trends in new financial technologies and the reasons for their active entry into the banking sector. In addition, it assesses the impact of this phenomenon on the banking sector in terms of the emergence of new competitors and analyses possible changes in banking strategies due to the emergence of FinTech companies. The paper also describes the possible future of the banking sector with and without FinTech companies. The importance of this work stems from the tremendous growth of FinTech in the banking sector, which has implications for the financial market and, individually, for consumers of financial services. Research question: Is banking dependent on the development of fintech? Aim of the study: Based on the theoretical insights on FinTech and banking services and the practical case study, to analyze and evaluate how FinTech affects service delivery in the banking sector and identify opportunities for development in the banking sector through FinTech. The author has chosen the following research methods for the fulfilment of the tasks: 1. Monographic method - used in the theoretical part of the thesis for the fulfillment of task 1, through the analysis of theory and scientific literature on FinTech. 2. Abstract-logical method - used in the theoretical part of the thesis for the fulfillment of task 2, to build a logical construction of Fintech development in order to identify development problems. 3. Descriptive method - used in chapter 2 for task 3 to analyze the reason why the banking sector started to restructure its services due to Fintech. 4. Comparative analysis method - used in chapter 3 for assignment 1 to compare how customers in the banking sector changed due to the introduction of Fintech. 5. Qualitative research method - used in chapter 3 assignment 3 to age the analysis of how the consumer habits in the banking sector changed due to the impact of Fintech on it, also this method used to facilitate an interview on a possible prospect in the banking sector and their services. As a result, it can be concluded that the adoption of Fintech has been expressed as an objective to improve banking services and the banking system. FinTech companies are not competitors of banks, but rather play a motivating role that contributes to the development of the banking sector. Banks have already started to actively integrate FinTech into their business processes. As a result, the merger of FinTech and traditional banking institutions can create a new business model with high efficiency and customer convenience. This work is written in Latvian. It consists of 51 pages and 32 references.
