Abstract
Human is one a whole that includes interrelated and equally important values, both physical and emotional. People with good mental health are much less likely to experience different diseases that have a negative impact on the body. Following R. Shepard and C.Bouchard (1995), J. Chandler and E.Hadleigh (1996), B.Resnik (2000) studies, regular physical activity also has a positive impact on emotional, cognitive and social factors. Improving health and well-being will increase the workability and productivity of the population, which will not only help to reduce the total cost of health care and save money on medicines, but will also improve the population of the country as a whole, health statistics and increase average life expectancy.
