Abstract
Bakalaura darba pētījumā ,, Sociālais darbs vispārizglītojošās izglītības iestādēs: iespējas un risinājumi”, autors vēlējās noskaidrot ārvalstu pieredzi skolēnu sociālo problēmu risināšanā vispārizglītojošās izglītības iestādē, identificēt īstenotos un plānotos pasākumus sociālo darbinieku nodarbināšanā vispārizglītojošās izglītības iestādēs Latvijā, to nepieciešamību un Labklājības ministrijas nākotnes vīziju par sociālā pedagoga un sociālā darbinieka funkciju sadalījumam vispārizglītojošās izglītības iestādēs. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt iesaistīto pušu aktivitātes sociālā darbinieka nodarbināšanai vispārizglītojošās izglītības iestādēs.
Darbs sastāv no divām daļām: teorētiskās un pētījuma. Teorētiskajā daļā tika aprakstīta sociālā pedagoģija kā zinātne un sociālā pedagoga kvalifikācijas specifika - raksturota sociālā darba profesija un sociālā darbinieka profesionālās kompetences un pamatuzdevumi - analizēti pētījumi par bērnu un jauniešu sociālajām problēmām vispārizglītojošās izglītības iestādēs un socializēšanas grūtībām Covid-19 krīzes apstākļos. Tika aprakstīta Latvijas, Vācijas un Amerikas Savienoto Valstu pieredze par sociālā darba ieviešanu izglītības iestādēs.
Pētījuma daļā tika izmantota kvalitatīvā izpētes metode – intervēšana, tika pielietota dziļā intervija. Tika intervēti astoņi respondenti - Labklājības ministrijas, izglītības iestāžu mācību daļas pārstāvji, sociālie darbinieki un sociālie pedagogi. Pētījuma dalībnieki izteica viedokļus par īstenotiem un plānotiem pasākumiem sociālo darbinieku nodarbināšanā vispārizglītojošās izglītības iestādēs, par nākotnes vīziju sociālā pedagoga un sociālā darba funkciju sadalījumam vispārizglītojošās izglītības iestādēs , sociālā darba pienesumu skolēnu sociālo problēmu risināšanā skolās un abu profesionāļu sadarbības pieredzi.
In the Bachelor's thesis research “Social work in General Education Institutions: opportunities and solutions”, the author wanted to find out foreign experience in solving social problems in general education institutions, identify implemented and planned measures for employment of social workers in general education institutions in Latvia, their necessity and Ministry of welfare future vision of social pedagogy and social work functions in general and Ministry of welfare future vision of social pedagogy and social workers function division in general education institutions.The aim of the research is to study the activities of the stakeholders for the employment of a social worker in general education institutions. The work consists of two parts: theoretical and research. The theoretical part described social pedagogy as a science and the specifics of social pedagogue qualification. The social work profession and the professional competencies and basic tasks of a social worker are described. Research on social problems of children and young people in general education institutions and difficulties of socialization in the Covid-19 crisis has been analyzed. The experience of Germany and the United States on the introduction of social work in educational institutions was studied. In the research part, a qualitative research method was used - interviewing, an in-depth interview was used. Eight respondents were interviewed - representatives of the Ministry of Welfare, the training department of educational institutions, social workers and social pedagogues. The participants of the study expressed their views on the implemented and planned measures for the employment of social workers in general education institutions, on the future vision of the division of social pedagogue and social work functions in general education institutions, the contribution of social work to solving students' social problems in schools and experience of cooperation between both professionals.
