Abstract
Pētījuma mērķis bija adaptēt aptauju “State Self Esteem Scale (SSES)” un izpētīt tā
psihometrisko validitāti Latvijas izlasē. Pētnieciskie uzdevumi bija adaptēt aptauju “ State Self
Esteem Scale (SSES)” un izpētīt tā psihometrisko validitāti Latvijas izlasē; aptaujas
“Pašvērtējuma novērtēšanas” psihometrisko rādītāju – reakcijas un diskriminācijas indeksu,
iekšējās saskaņotības rādītāju (Kronbaha alfas) – noteikšana; aptaujas “Pašvērtējuma
novērtēšanas” faktoru struktūras atbilstības oriģinālam noteikšana un aptaujas noturību laikā.
Orģinālā aptauja “Pašvērtējuma novērtēšana” sastāv no 20 pantiem un sociāldemogrāfiskajiem
jautājumiem, kopā 25 jautājumi. Tās autori ir Hārvardas universitātes profesors Tods E
Hītertons (Todd E Heatherton,ASV) un Toronto Universitātes profesore Dženeta Polivija
(Janet Polivy, Toronto, Ontario, Canada).
Visi respondenti
aptauju aizpildīja elektroniskā formātā.
Ceturtajā posmā tika veikta iegūto datu analīze, psihometrisko rādītāju analīze, tika izveidots
literatūras apskats, veikta iegūto datu informācijas analīze, datu interpretācija.
Aptaujas adaptētajā versijā piedalījās 300 dalībieki kuri bija vecumā no 18-25 gadiem (M =
atšķiras no orģinālās aptaujas.
The purpose of the study was to adapt the survey “State self Esteem scale (SSES)” and study its psychometric validity in the Latvian sample. The research tasks were to adapt the “State self Esteem scale (SSES)” survey and study its psychometric validation in the Latvian sample; determination of psychometric indicators of the “self-esteem” survey — reaction and discrimination indices, internal coherence indicators (Kronbach alpha); determination of the conformity of the “self-esteem” factor structure of the survey with the original and the stability of the survey over time. The organ “self-esteem” survey consists of 20 articles and socio-demographic issues, with a total of 25 questions. Its authors include Harvard university teacher Tode E Heatherton (USA) and University teacher Janet Polivy of Toronto (Janet). The study took place in 4 stages. The first stage was to explore scientific literature on self-esteem and find the necessary polling. In the second stage, the translation of the articles of the survey was carried out from English to Latvian. The Latvian version of the survey prepared after translation was completed by five people, who acknowledged that the content, form, and instructions of vythe survey were clear and that the articles were understandable. The third phase involved sending out the survey to respondents on the condition that all those who complete the survey are young adults ages 18-25 and Latvian- speaking. All respondents completed the survey in electronic format. In stage four, an analysis of the data obtained, an analysis of psychometric parameters, a literature review, an analysis of the information obtained, an interpretation of the data was carried out. 300 participants aged 18-25 (M = 22.4 years) participated in the adapted version of t he survey. 53% were female and 47% male. It was concluded that the adapted version of the survey is acceptable for use as a tool in the aggregate, but account should also be taken of the different results of the adapted survey, which are slightly different from the organ survey. Factoring analysis, determination of Article redistricting, and discrimination indices were carried out, internal coherence of scales and persistence of the survey in time were also carried out. The results show that the adaptation of the survey “self-esteem assessment” in Latvian needs to be continued, compiled, formulations clarified, and additional measurements made
