Abstract

Hypothesis: Dietary habits of chronic pancreatitits patients disagree with WHO recommendations and there is a high risk of malnutrition. Method: 129 patients with chronic pancreatitis were surveyed, divided into one group - high risk of malnutrition. Using the original instrument, the author determined the nutritional habits of patients with chronic pancreatitis. Accordingly, 100% of respondents were characterized by weight reduction during the last three months, as well as diet reduction during the last week. In addition, a non-recommended by-product group was alcohol, where 7.75% of respondents drink alcohol every day and 62.02% of respondents drink alcohol 2-3 times a week. Based on the data obtained in the course of the study, it can be concluded that respondents with chronic pancreatitis are characterized by daily consumption of non-recommended fatty and sweet foods (100%). The work consists of 54 pages, two tables, 2 images and six attachments.
