Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Klientu apmierinātība ar saņemtajiem veselības aprūpes pakalpojumiem sociālās aprūpes iestādē”. Bakalaura darba autore ir analizējusi klientu apmierinātību par pakalpojuma pieejamību, izmantojot aprakstošo statistiku. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot un salīdzināt sieviešu un vīriešu apmierinātību ar saņemtajiem veselības aprūpes pakalpojumiem X sociālās aprūpes iestādē. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no septiņām nodaļām, četrās nodaļās tiek aplūkotas teorijas un vispārīgi raksturojumi. Pārējās trīs nodaļās tiek aprakstīta pētījuma metode, kura tika izmantota pētījuma veikšanai, instruments, kas ir darba autores veidota anketa un pētījuma rezultātu analīze, kuras mērķis un uzdevums bija noskaidrot un salīdzināt klientu sieviešu un klientu vīriešu apmierinātību ar saņemtajiem veselības aprūpes pakalpojumiem sociālās aprūpes iestādē. Darbā tiek izmantoti dažādu autoru literatūras atsauces, raksti interneta resursos.
The topic of the bachelor,s thesis is “Customer satisfaction with the health care services received in a social care institution.” The autor of the bachelor,s thesis has analyzed customer satisfaction with service availability using descriptive statistics. The aim of the bachelor,s thesis is to find out and compare women,s and men,s satisfaction with the health care services in X social care institution. The bachelor,s thesis consists of seven chapters, four chapters deal with theories and general characteristics. The other three chapters describe the research method that was used to conduct the research, the instrument, which is a questionnaire created by the author of the work, and the analysis of the research results, the purpose and task of which was to find out and compare the satisfaction of female clients and male clients with received health care services in a social care institution. Literature references of various authors, articles on internet resources are used in the work.
