Abstract
Pētījuma dalībniekus novērtē izmantojot oksimetru, skābekļa saturācijai, spirometru “SpiroUSB”, mērlentu, krūšu kurvja etskursijas mērīšanai, Romberga testu, desmit metru iešanas testu, Time up ang go test, elpošanas frekvences mērīšana.
Novērojams ka pētījuma sākumā un beigās lielākā pētījuma dalībnieku daļa nespēja veikt Time up and go test, 10 metru iešanas tests un romberga testu, bet dalībnieki, kuri spēja veikt šos testus, ir novērojams tetsu rezūltātu uzlabošanās.
Bachelor thesis title: Effectiveness of aerobic workability rehabilitation in patients after Covid-19 infection Problem: There is insufficient information on the effectiveness of rehabilitation in improving aerobic workability in patients after Covid-19 infection. Objective: To investigate how rehabilitation improves aerobic workability in patients after Covid-19 infection. Study design: Quantitative, non-experimental. Methods. A literature review is carried out. Ten study participants with Covid-19 infection in the last year, who require two litres of oxygen per day, took part in the study. Of the ten participants, five are women and five are men, aged 50-80. Participants are assessed using an oximeter, oxygen saturation, SpiroUSB spirometer, tape measure, chest auscultation, Romberg test, ten metre walk test, Time up ang go test, respiratory rate measurement. Microsoft Exel used for data processing. Results and conclusions. The study shows the effectiveness of rehabilitation in patients after Covid-19 infection. At the beginning and end of the study, the majority of participants were unable to perform the time up and go test, the 10 metre walk test and the Romberg test, but participants who were able to perform these tests showed an improvement in their test scores. Improvements in respiratory rate, chest auscultatory rate and oxygen saturation were observed in all patients after rehabilitation. A spirometer was used to measure vital capacity and accurately determined that all patients showed recovery of lung function. Nine out of ten patients at the end of rehabilitation are now oxygen independent from two litres of oxygen dependence, while one patient experienced an increase to three litres of oxygen, suggesting that rehabilitation improves aerobic capacity and return to daily life in the majority of patients. The bachelor thesis consists of 45 pages, 5 annexes and 14 references. Keywords: Covid-19 rehabilitation, two litres of oxygen per day, aerobic workability.
